"Roomy"

"It was fine. The lady on check in super friendly."

"The first room that I was given, smelt terribly of cigarette smoke when I entered. I opened the balcony door to get some fresh air into the room. I very quickly closed the door again, as there was a pile of cigarettes butts in the middle of the balcony. I went down to the reception area to inform them of the situation. They very quickly & most apologetically gave me a much better room."

"Hotel para negocios . Esta en mitad de.la.nada al.lado de.la.autopista. No hay anda alrededro eata en una zon industrial de.oficinas. "This is a really good hotel in an excellent location, close to public transport , cinemas, restaurants and the whole Eastland shopping complex. The rooms are comfortable and clean. A restaurant is available and there's a good bar for a refreshing drink. We always stay here when in Ringwood, and the staff always make us feel as if we've come home"

"Room was modern and clean, good coffee in room, check in process easy and everything nice & close by. Thank you. Will visit again"

"Clean facilities"

"It was lovely! If you are staying longer plan some entertainment to connect to tv!"

"Suggest Chang towel every day."

"Excellent hotel, with very comfortable room and a great restaurant. At 30 minutes from the city centre via Tram, it's easy to park nearby but be aware of parking limitations. They have valet parking too."

"Todo excelente, tanto personal como instalaciones."

"excellent service and breakfast"

"A nice room for the price paid, nothing terrible and nothing overly special. Staff friendly and attentive for the brief interactions we had. Happy hour in the bar a nice addition. Didn't eat there so can't rate the restaurant. Overall a solid 4/5."

"Good property to stay for peaceful surroundings and having choice of venues to dine in.Staff friendly and helpful.Only negative was we had an upstairs room and my wife and I both have bad osteoarthritis in our knees and hips.I did ask staff if we could change to a ground floor room but the property was fully booked. In future when booking I need to request for a ground floor room."

"Good facilities, loved the gym and super nice staff."

"Clean room with a small kitchenette and microwave and cutlery. Always handy if you don’t want to go out for dinner. Staff always friendly and welcoming. And love that you can park your car in front of your room. We stay here often and it’s always been good."
