The Ostsee-Domizil Apartment 1 welcomes you to a prime location in Timmendorfer Strand, just about 80 meters from the fine Baltic Sea beach. This spacious ground-floor apartment offers approximately 84 m² of living space, providing a pleasant retreat for up to 4 people and combining high-quality amenities with a well-thought-out layout.

Two separate bedrooms, each with comfortable sleeping arrangements, ensure a restful night’s sleep for up to 2 people in each.
A bright living room with a sofa area, a TV, and an adjoining dining area invites you to spend relaxing hours there.
The enclosed kitchen is fully equipped and ideal for self-catering: a glass-ceramic stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, washing machine, electric kettle, coffee maker, and toaster are all provided.

The bedroom features a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), a wardrobe, and a TV. In the second bedroom, you’ll find two single beds (each 90 x 200 cm), a wardrobe, and a TV.

The modern bathroom features both a shower and a bathtub, as well as one bidet; there is also a separate guest restroom with an urinal. Underfloor heating ensures comfortable temperatures in all rooms. A hair dryer is provided, as are practical household items such as a clothes rack, vacuum cleaner, ironing board, and iron—so you can make yourself comfortable even during longer stays.

Generous windows create a light-filled atmosphere, and high-quality tile floors in the living and sleeping areas enhance the well-maintained ambiance.
