Excellent place to stay! Kitchen fully stocked, everything nice and super clean. Great bathroom, loved the high end toiletries. Bed comfortable and nice linens. Quiet AC and good sleep.

This was a great find, large well appointed room with a view of Caroline beach. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Wonderful accommodation, Sandra was so helpful and friendly, very comfortable beds and very clean and tidy. Great location to walk to beach or town. Highly recommend and we will definitely stay again.

The Bay Viaduct is my go-to when staying in Timaru. The rooms are superbly modern and up-market, the views are pretty bloody outstanding and it's located just a short stroll from numerous restaurants. Cross the road and you're at Caroline Bay and the fantastic park that's part of it.

Room 26
Room 26 has a window above the bed and it is like a basement. It was a bit claustrophobic. But overall the room is good, very comfortable and good size. The ladies at the reception are so adorable.

stayed in the room closet to the main road. There was a lot of road noise and trains during the night which made it a little hard to sleep.

Conveniently located to Caroline Bay and other amenities made the Bay Viaduct an ideal place for our family to stay. The staff were friendly and helpful.
