Although parts of the hotel are tired and need some tlc, the room was nice and clean. Lovely comfortable bed, the heater was fine, alot more controllable than most hotels. Staff were fab, gym and pool were really good. Although dinner was rather disappointing, expensive, small portions, in the restaurant, ...

No aircon. Very hot room. Got a fan but pretty poor for an expensive Spa resort. No late checkout for Gold member... 2 hours 20 pounds. All in all OK but a little disappointed
