It was a beautiful unit which overlooked the ocean. The rooms were big and beautiful.

The unit we stayed in had 2 floors, large living area and a grand master suite. It included 7 beds and 4 rooms and a basketball hoop surprise in one of the bedrooms doors. The neighbors were friendly. Great stay and close to the beach.

What a view!

Nice place to stay with a nice view of the ocean. Only a few things that needed attention. The washing machine leaked a bit during and after it was used. The management person asked if they should send someone to repair it while we were there or after we left. I hope it was fixed after we left. The cleaning crew had not cleaned under the entry rug. When lifted up on a corner, the floor was loaded with sand. It was interesting that the note on the entry bench said to clean yourself off after going to the beach. We wondered how long that sand was hiding there. Some stored towels Were dirty which makes us think they were not inspected before storing. Same with stained coffee cups in the cupboard. Those were fairly minor observations, but all in all we had a nice comfortable stay.

Oceanside Rental - Beautiful view, needs work

Highlights - The view of this house is 5 star. It’s absolutely beautiful. - Beds were very comfortable - Great housekeeper - 5 min walk to the beach - Quiet town Lowlights - The BBQ was covered in grease and on night one caught on fire while grilling steak. - Shared hot tub was not communicated. We paid a hot tub fee and did not feel comfortable using the hot tub in front of someone else’s unit. - The listing is for an apartment not a house. There are three units. - 10:00am checkout is really tough.

Beautiful Views

While the views were breathtaking and the house was comfortable there were a few details that frustrated us: Only 5 bath towels? There should have been at least 10. Barely enough toilet paper - not the 3 rolls per bathroom that were referenced. Laundry machine was leaking when we arrived so we couldn’t use it. No keurig coffee machine. Time to replace the super noisy front storm door.

Excellent location, wonderful views

Spotless, ocean view house perfect for our family. We always enjoy our stay at this house. Bedrooms and floor plan work great for our family and allow us to spread out. Children love the bunkbeds. Well stocked kitchen and excellent location.

Excellent location with sweeping views

We had a great stay in Oceanside. The views from the main living space main bedroom, and kitchen or spectacular. The living room is a bit tight and the furniture is not great for someone older than 75 but overall it was a wonderful experience!

Great views!

Spacious place with great views! Clean. Comfortable beds. Quick drive to Short Beach for rockhounding or to Netarts for snacks. Only complaints are 1. that we couldn’t get the hot tub over 99 degrees and it was too cold outside to enjoy it at that lower temperature and 2. it was windy and the valve to the kitchen hood vent flapped very loudly all night long making it hard to sleep in the downstairs bedroom. It was so quiet and peaceful otherwise, but we recommend taking earplugs!

Amazing view no matter the weather!

We loved our stay at this home. Amazing view, especially from the living room, deck, and master bedroom. You can watch a storm roll in from the comfort of the home or gaze at beautiful blue skies and beach. We enjoyed the hot tub too. The basketball didn’t quite operate fully but other than that, darn near perfect. We’ll be back!

Coming back to my hometown

It was nice to stay the weekend in Oceanside where I grew up back in the early 1990s. The cabin provided me with an entirely different sweeping view of the coast than what I daily saw growing up. It was a wonderful stay and we got to experience all the dynamism of what the weather will throw at you, esp. in November. From torrential downpours and howling winds to bright bursts of sunshine the views from this cabin were amazing! We really enjoyed our stay and we look forward to another stay.

Ocean Getaway

Amazing views everywhere! You could stay in the master bedroom and gaze out into the ocean all day long. Plenty of hot water for a soak after a day walking the beach. I love the beaches at this location as well (always find agates).

Beautiful ocean view home

This is a perfect place for your next family beach vacation. It has all the amenities you need. The host was very responsive to the challenges of the broken hot tub and washer. It was overall an amazing place and we can't wait to return. It is a short walk to the beach and the views are unforgettable. Thanks for a great beach vacation.

Amazing views!

The photos of the view sold us on this property and they even exceeded our expectations. The location was close to the beach and very convenient! We enjoyed a late morning visit to Cape Meares and an afternoon at Tillamook. We love Oceanside and it’s quaint/quiet location. Disappointingly the basketball hoop wasn’t working while we were there. With 4 kids in our family we were looking forward to playing, but the property management company said they’d look into right away. Definitely bring your own sand toys! The hot tub was a nice touch and a privacy screen had been added so it was better than previous reviews stated. A clean, quiet, and comfortable spot, just what we were looking for. I did deduct a star on location as another tenant or property owner was smoking weed. I get it, it’s Oregon and legal, but please don’t allow smoking in the community parking area. It goes right into the other units.

Absolutely Amazing!!!

The title says it all!!! Everything from the view to the decor was amazing. Even the mattresses were comfortable beyond words. The location was perfect; close enough to the beach yet far enough away that you didn’t need to worry about strangers walking past your window. My kids loved their bedding arrangements as well as my wife and I. The hardest part? Deciding what bedroom to sleep in and which comfortable sofa to watch tv on… not that you’ll watch much with the incredible view outside. 5⭐️communication and A+ stay!!!

Great Place!

Overall we had a great stay, view is to die for. House is spotless. Very good communication with property manager. Hot tub was a little strange as A. It was Infront of another tenants window, and that it was quite cold. Also the home ran out of hot water after just one shower. Wi-Fi worked very well!!

Clean, modern beach home

This is our second time staying in this home and we wouldn’t stay anywhere else. It is very clean and the layout works well for our family of five. The views are amazing. We enjoy cooking in the kitchen and eating at the large table watching the ocean waves. Our kids enjoy the bunk room. Beds are comfy and the over decor is perfect modern, beach house.

Fall escape

Beautiful property with amazing views, kids loved the bunk beds!! The hot tub felt great, however a bit awkward as it is in front of another unit. The walk to the beach is short but with a steep incline back echo hill was fine but challenging for the kiddos. We had a great stay!
