Beautiful bay view. Beach access is a little challenging, but doable. Property manager is terrific and communicated with us regularly. Well stocked kitchen. Furnishings are very dated but in good shape - this is the beach, so not expecting the Ritz. Netarts is a good middle location between south and north coastal towns.

Nice location in an okay house. Lovely deck overlooking the ocean. Great for beach walks. House could do with some TLC. Beds comfortable but blinds in master bedroom need fixing.

Perfect stay

This house had everything we needed and then some. Absolutely love the fireplaces. We used both one in the master one in the living room. Cooked every night in the great kitchen that it has. The view was beautiful when it was sunny and when it was stormy. Very clean. I wish the price would stay at a price that we could afford more often..

Amazing place with an ocean and Netarts bay view.

This was our second trip to this location and both have been a great experience. We were able to work with the host and extend our stay within a few minutes of sending our request. Early check in was available and we received a text message before noon letting us know we could arrive anytime after 1pm. The view is amazing at this location. We will 100% be back.

Perfect sunsets spot

While we can overlook a broken blind, we fully recommend this 2 bed 1.5 bath condo for the lovely sunsets and access to a bay/beach coastline. Quiet and comfortable.

Couldn’t have asked for a better view and ideal location. Our dog Cooper enjoyed lounging on the balcony in the late afternoon. Would definitely come back.

Very restful

This was a last minute get away but we should have checked the weather. It was beyond stormy (love storms) and king tides. We didn't trek down to walk the beach as the waves were dangerous. Good thing we had home with a sea view (waterfront), clean, spacious and well maintained. I'm glad we didn't bring our two small dogs bc no fenced yard. But I made dog treats for them in the well equipped kitchen.

5 Stars if you don’t care to use the fireplace

First, we absolutely loved this place. Beach access on both sides of property are a bit steep and you need to take it slow and careful. The one to the south of the property is the safer bet. Better still was the close access by car to Oceanside State Beach which is just fantastic. One comment regarding the layout - the listing was not super clear - but there are two bathrooms, a half bath downstairs and a very nice large bath upstairs that connects by a door to the master bedroom and another door that goes to the hallway just outside of the master. So essentially everyone is sharing the tub or shower in the master bath. My only issue - and the one that kept me from giving 5 stars were the fireplaces. The ‘rules’ state that you can only use Presto Logs and that they provide enough for your first fire. We found them in a drawer next to the downstairs fireplace along with a handy laminated instruction sheet. The instructions clearly state that you need to use fire-starters to get these logs to ignite - but none were provided. We got one and these logs just won’t ignite. We tried twice - they won’t burn. Not sure why but we were very disappointed that we could not use the fireplaces. But aside from this one issue this was a great place to stay and we would definitely consider staying here again.

A terrific experience

Our experience at this property was amazing. We had excellent communication with property managers. The house was ready on time and even a bit early. It was beautifully cleaned and well stocked with everything we would need. The view is stunning and we saw gorgeous sunsets. I would come back to this property in a heartbeat!

Weekend at the beach

The property has four units and we stayed at the south end with beautiful views of the bay and ocean. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. Unfortunately, the weather was colder and rainier than usual, with significant rain, wind, and hail. The unit has wall heaters that were able to keep us warm, although not as warm as we would have liked, given the weather. Despite that, we would gladly stay there again and recommend it to anyone who appreciates great ocean and bay views.
