Excellent location. Very clean and well stocked. I have stayed in this cabin many times I have always been impressed with the cleanliness and well care for and we will come back again whenever we possibly can because it’s our favorite place on the Oregon coast.

Beautiful home on a beautiful bay.

We loved this place. Sitting on the deck enjoying the views you don’t need to go anywhere. Great walking beach and lots of things to do near by.

Birthday weekend with friends

It was great! We enjoyed the nice view and when it was raining we were grateful for the safe shelter. We enjoyed the bunk beds for the kids and we had a great time.

Perfect for our family!

The location is unparalleled! The view is amazing and can’t be beat. We love that the bedrooms and living space are all on one level. The upper level is great for kids to hangout. This is my new favorite place to stay on Happy Camp Rd!

Beautiful view. Memorable property

Perfect beach stay! View is panoramic from the front door and in the majority of the communal spaces. Incredibly well stocked kitchen for our food centric weekend. Walk straight out on to the beach (no climbing/hills, etc). Great location if you want to crab.

Beautiful Place

My husband and I our three teens and my in-laws loves our stay. Home had everything we needed. The fire output side was lovely for s’mores. Beautiful views. Excellent communication all around. Thank you!

You’ll want to come back again and again….💗

We travel a lot and we do a lot of research on where we stay. We look at reviews from past guests to help us narrow down where we want to stay. I can say this listing is so accurate to what you see that it’s actually refreshing! We thoroughly enjoyed the beach off the backyard, everything we needed to cook dinners at night, nice showers, comfortable beds, open floor plan and lots of windows to show the beauty of the bay. I can see (and now understand) why people want to stay here again and again! Thank you for a great stay, we hope to come back one day!

Just Great!

Happy Camp is it’s own little neighborhood on the bay, no through traffic and access to a great beach. The property manager could not have been more pleasant and helpful. The house is furnished well with basics, the kitchen has oodles of utensils (except a whisk - you should get a whisk ;)., and everything was clean and tidy. We’ll be back!

Stunning!

I hate to give this place a five star so others book it up because I just want to go all the time! This place is incredible. We have been several years in a row and it is fantastic no matter when we visit. Fall, summer, spring have all been gorgeous. The view can’t be beat, the beach is very empty and there is great food close by. Nothing more to say than WOW! You will not be disappointed. The place is comfortable and a space you feel you can live in. It isn’t your fancy white living, but it is more homey and welcoming.

Lovely condo with a can't beat location! We usually rent a house with extended family for a whole week but circumstances were different this year and we couldn't make family beach week happen. We were very familiar with the Inlet Point Condos but had never stayed until now. We appreciated being able to not have to book a whole week but still have a fantastic beach getaway! This condo had the perfect location for a stay with small kids - just across the street from beach access and right across from one of the pools. We loved the peekaboo ocean views and you could hear the waves from the screened in porch. It was clean, beautifully decorated, and well appointed. We loved crabbing and fishing off of the community dock with our eldest. It was the perfect size for our family and the master had plenty of room to set up the pack n play for the baby. Beds were very comfy and water pressure was great. Our only hiccup was that the wifi stopped working and the TVs were app only set up. It seemed to be a faulty router or power cord which is a Spectrum job to fix. With it being a weekend they were likely unable to get out there before checkout. So not really anything more that could have been done other than having a little more communication from resort management - we heard nothing back from them after reporting the issue. So we had no TV or wifi for half of our stay, but that wasn't why we were there anyway. Overall a wonderful unit and a lovely stay!

Unparelleled Views and Wonderful Beach!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place has absolutely stunning views and a fantastic location for walking along the beach with my pups. It's a convenient, short drive to Tillamook for shopping, trips to the Tillamook Cheese Factory, and there is a lot of activity with fisherman and clam-diggers, along with tons of herons and other birds, which were really fun to watch during our stay. It's very peaceful and quiet at night. Sitting on the deck and listening to the sound of the waves was wonderful. The place needs some love and updating though, as it wasn't very clean, the living room furniture isn't comfortable (the beds were very comfy though!), but I'd still return if the host/management company could assure me some things were taken care of. I had to clean up trash and dog poo in the yard from previous guests, which the host/management company should definitely be taking care of between stays. There is also no usable furniture in the yard, only two old metal chairs in bad shape, with one having only three legs. The ceiling is very dirty looking (we assume from lack of any recent painting, and maybe a smoky fireplace, which we never used), and it really gives the place a dirty feeling. The service from the property management company, Sarah in particular, was absolutely great with regards to communication and check-in information, which was very much appreciated. I usually don't give long reviews like this, however, even though the place has some really great pros, there are cons that should be addressed. All in all, we are pretty easy people, so enjoyed the positives of this nice little rental.

Love this house!

We've stayed in this house probably 6 times over the last 15 years. Always a pleasure! Lots of room, amazing location, well supplied, and great communication. Will be back!
