We had a wonderful stay at the Lovely home in Netarts. Very relaxing and clean, well stocked. The property manager was accommodating and helpful. Nice place.

Spectacular Views

This was an unforgettable stay! The vacation rental was clean, warm, and welcoming. The check-in/check-out process was easy. The rental had the comfort of home with spectacular views of Netarts Bay and the ocean. The views were also changing all the time because we were right there at the perfect spot to witness the tidal waters transform the landscape/seascape every few hours. Magical location! And just a short drive from so many cool places along the coast and even a couple of great local restaurants. There was also a very helpful guidebook put together by the property managers which was key to finding these gems along the coast.

Nicely updated home with a fantastic view. Very comfortable for two couples. Sarah responded so quickly when we reported the Keurig wasn’t working correctly. She brought a new one over so quickly even through we told her we also had coffee for the traditional pot. Pretty amazing! Would stay here again.

Perfection!

I typically stay at the motel down the street but ever since they went under new mgmt and raised their prices, I could no longer justify staying there. Luckily, we found the perfect place only steps away that feels like an oasis compared to where we used to stay. House was clean (which is hard to find), check in was easy, views were spectacular, and prop mgmt (Sarah) was responsive and great to work with! We will definitely be back! Thank you!!

Perfect location for a quiet getaway - beach was very accessible and the views from the condo were amazing - would come here again. Condo had all amenities listed - we had trouble starting the fireplace but reported it to the management team

Pretty good, just don’t expect what’s in the listing.

The place was clean, the view and location were amazing. However, it’s pretty clear that this spot is minimally checked in on. The written instructions don’t match the listing. The offerings in the listing (having a coffee maker for example) aren’t actually there. The instructions to start laundry say to only use powder soap but only liquid detergent is supplied. The walls are super thin. We heard kids next store the entire time. All in all, for a weekend this is great. But we won’t be staying here again.

What an amazing view

Very nice property. Amazing views from balconies off the main floor and 2nd level main bathroom. Very clean property and well stocked with the basics we needed. Just a short walk to a market and a burger place. There were two options to head down the the beach. One was a little less steep but had some rocks at the bottom to navigate. The other was easier at the bottom but a bit more steep (but had a railing). Either way it was doable for this middle age mom and her teen age kids. This is a townhouse but I didn’t notice any noise from our neighbors on either side. Such a lovely place!

Great views. However…

Great views, property was clean and good communication. I would recommend. However I have very sensitive allergies and didn’t listen to the one other review that mentioned it. Whatever they use to clean with smells like gain detergent and the detergent as well smells like it. I had to leave the doors open all the time to air it out and also had to go buy new sheets pillows and towels for my stay because it was so horrible. I would only recommend this property if you don’t have allergies.

Wonderful Memories!

Upon our arrival, we were immediately impressed with the cleanliness of the house and spacious layout. The 3-minute short hike to the beach was very convenient and the beach was private and never crowded. My kids enjoyed the beach toys that were provided and spent endless hours playing with them. Sarah was very helpful and responded promptly to my inquires. We only stayed for 2 days but made wonderful memories and next time we will be staying much longer.

Cozy Condo Overlooks the Pacific

We were very satisfied with this condo. It was clean and having 2.5 bathrooms was a plus. The beds were very comfortable and the spa tub was divine! We used the steps down to the beach and even I could manage it by using the railing and my walking stick (a senior with hip problems). At low tide, we walked almost to Oceanside on the beach. It's not a crowded beach, which was wonderful. We'd stay there again, and definitely with Shore Thing Rentals. Sarah was very responsive and helpful. My only suggestion is to add a few more plates and glasses to avoid doing dishes so often.

Quiet and beautiful

Beautiful views and a nice quiet town. Convenient to have a market nearby (walking distance). The beaches are not crowded and great at low tide. The in-bathroom jacuzzi tub is huge and the place is larger than the pictures convey. Will definitely return.
