Rosarito Vacation

This place has everything you need in a very safe and private area. You have access to the community pool and a private beach that is just a brief walk from the home. Both are very nice. Had a very pleasant experience with Mark. He had everything lined up and easy to follow from the check in process, to the suggestions around town and other necessities. Great to deal with. We would definitely recommend and most certainly plan on visiting again. Don’t think about it, book it now! Greatly enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic!

We thoroughly enjoyed all aspects of our stay in Endless Summer! The property is a great place to stay with 10 people, Mark provides excellent communication and hospitality, and the gated community is gorgeous. We enjoyed walks by the ocean at high and low tide, exploring the tide pools, the community pool, surfing, and pickle ball together. The security team is friendly and attentive; one even agreed to take us to the airport in Tijuana after our staff (for a fair fee). Mark's tips and the Las Gaviotas app helped us navigate the immediate area well. We enjoyed a delicious dinner prepared by local women in the home as well as tacos by the pool on Sunday. We would all highly recommend Endless Summer and would love to return. Thank you for all your assistance to help us have a wonderful vacation there, Mark!

Great stay!

This was my first time taking my wife and two young children out of the county. Las Gaviotas was a great place to start. The community has a very safe feeling and offers a lot inside itself. The space of the property was very functional. Good garage space, open cooking area, good beds. The host was very accommodating. I liked how close we were to a supermarket and the distance to Rosarito. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Amazing Weekend Getaway

Planned a special weekend getaway with family and friends to celebrate my husband's bday. We all had a great time. Accommodations were great. Spacious and comfortable. Mark was a great host from the get go. Super communicative and very detailed with all info. We will be back!!

Property owners were very attentive. Very good info provided via an app. Will definitely be back to Las Gaviotas. And if it’s available would love to stay at the same house. My wife had some trepidation driving some through TJ but afterwards said she felt completely safe the entire time we were down there.

Amazing host and great house

Mark was as helpful as I could imagine a host being, and the house was spacious, comfortable, and accommodating! The neighborhood/house has a ton of amenities and is as comfortable as can be. Inside voices after 10pm.

Great stay!!

Mark was a really great host, we had awesome waves and wonderful weather. The house is perfect for a big group. The only complaint from our side is that the neighbors weren’t the friendliest. Other than that things couldn’t have been better.

Amazing time in a beautiful home!

This was one of our favorite stays in Las Gaviotas! Mark is very wonderful as far as making sure you and your guests are fully set up and all having a great getaway! Not only did Mark go above and beyond with the house itself, (one of the largest I've seen in Gavi) but he also made sure we hit all the best places to eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner - some of these places are somewhat of "locals" spots, that you may have never been to previously on trips down, but are definitely going to knock you off your feet! Overall 10/10 and will 100% be staying with Mark and one of their properties in Las Gaviotas again soon :)

Great stay over Thanksgiving

We needed a 4-5 bedroom house and this fit the bill! Great location in the community and overall kept up inside, The layout is a little funny with 2 bedrooms and a bath being down stairs with no way to get upstairs from inside. We made it work but it wouldn’t be good if you were traveling with more children than adults. Minor issues like downstairs shower not working and kitchen cabinets pretty rickety. We loved the huge dining table and outdoor patio. Great views from inside the home!

My Favorite Get Away!

Have been here several times and every time I come I promised myself to come back more often. If you want a quiet getaway in Mexico this is the place. One of the most safe and secure complexes you'll ever find and it's impeccably maintained by the homeowners association. The home is roomy and comfortable and has everything you need . Just bring YOU, you'll be really glad you did!

South of the Border, down Gaviotas Way

Had a great long weekend at the Endless Summer Villa! Had been to Baja Norte a few times, but first time to Gaviotas and it was just super! Gaviotas itself felt very safe, great vibes everywhere, good surf, beautiful beaches, views, etc. The Endless Summer Villa suited us well - enjoyed the large great room upstairs, and the good sized patio that has great views out to the ocean, sunset, etc. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all good sized, and comfortable. The kitchen is large, and well appointed. Some of the kitchen drawers were a bit "rickety" and could use some TLC, but on balance, the kitchen and dining area is great, spacious. We were five buddies on a long surf and hangout weekend, and the Villa and the Gaviotas community itself was everything we needed and more! Already looking forward to a return trip!

Great vacation in May 2019

This is the second time we've stayed at the Endless Summer house and hopefully it won't be out last. We finished a five day trip with 4 adults and 5 kids and we all had a blast. The house worked perfect for us as we balanced time at the beach and enjoying the house and patio area. The house was as advertised with a Mexican feel with some modern updates. We felt very safe in the gated community and had everything we needed at the house or nearby. Thanks!

Great rental house with incredible views from the 2nd story patio!

This was my 2nd stay at the Endless Summer Villa and I absolutely loved it - again. Clean and spacious, with a large windows looking out over the las gaviotas community onto the pacific ocean. Mark is very easy to communicate with and had no problems checking in or out. The bedrooms are all a good size and the large living room was great for a group of our size. I would stay here again in a heart beat... hopefully sooner rather than later!!

Relaxing weekend away in paradise

We booked this trip for family and friends to celebrate my husbands birthday (8 adults and a 1yr old). Everything was exactly as described and the views were phenomenal. We actually saw a whale one morning and dolphins the next right from the balcony! The pool, jacuzzi, beach and surfing were all within a very short walk and we were able to use Mark and Antoinette's boards from their garage for those of us that don't surf. Mark and Antoinette were very accommodating and quick to respond to questions (less than 30min in most cases). We will definitely be staying here again. Thanks Mark and Antoinette!
