Something for everyone

Perfect place to be!

This house is perfection. It is in a safe neighborhood with beautiful views. Mark was very helpful from the moment we booked the home. He provided recommendations and was very responsive to all our questions. We can’t wait to go back and visit again. Thanks for everything!

Rosarito Vacation

This place has everything you need in a very safe and private area. You have access to the community pool and a private beach that is just a brief walk from the home. Both are very nice. Had a very pleasant experience with Mark. He had everything lined up and easy to follow from the check in process, to the suggestions around town and other necessities. Great to deal with. We would definitely recommend and most certainly plan on visiting again. Don’t think about it, book it now! Greatly enjoyed our stay.

Great stay!

This was my first time taking my wife and two young children out of the county. Las Gaviotas was a great place to start. The community has a very safe feeling and offers a lot inside itself. The space of the property was very functional. Good garage space, open cooking area, good beds. The host was very accommodating. I liked how close we were to a supermarket and the distance to Rosarito. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Fantastic!

We thoroughly enjoyed all aspects of our stay in Endless Summer! The property is a great place to stay with 10 people, Mark provides excellent communication and hospitality, and the gated community is gorgeous. We enjoyed walks by the ocean at high and low tide, exploring the tide pools, the community pool, surfing, and pickle ball together. The security team is friendly and attentive; one even agreed to take us to the airport in Tijuana after our staff (for a fair fee). Mark's tips and the Las Gaviotas app helped us navigate the immediate area well. We enjoyed a delicious dinner prepared by local women in the home as well as tacos by the pool on Sunday. We would all highly recommend Endless Summer and would love to return. Thank you for all your assistance to help us have a wonderful vacation there, Mark!

Love the location. I grew up coming to Las Gaviotas so to come back with my family for the first time was great! House is very spacious. The convenience of the food by the pool to purchase was fantastic.

Amazing Weekend Getaway

Planned a special weekend getaway with family and friends to celebrate my husband's bday. We all had a great time. Accommodations were great. Spacious and comfortable. Mark was a great host from the get go. Super communicative and very detailed with all info. We will be back!!

Endless Summer

Property owners were very attentive. Very good info provided via an app. Will definitely be back to Las Gaviotas. And if it’s available would love to stay at the same house. My wife had some trepidation driving some through TJ but afterwards said she felt completely safe the entire time we were down there.

Amazing host and great house

Mark was as helpful as I could imagine a host being, and the house was spacious, comfortable, and accommodating! The neighborhood/house has a ton of amenities and is as comfortable as can be. Inside voices after 10pm.

Great stay!!

Mark was a really great host, we had awesome waves and wonderful weather. The house is perfect for a big group. The only complaint from our side is that the neighbors weren’t the friendliest. Other than that things couldn’t have been better.

Amazing Large Family Trip

With a large family of 10, we often have to be split or are unable to bring our entire family on vacation. Endless Summer Villa was the perfect house and location for us to enjoy some special family time. The house is a short walk to the beach and pool, but even the walk was enjoyable! The rooms were comfortable (we had more than enough room), the table was large, the patio was perfect, and the water toys were great. We would highly recommend you staying here and will be back ourselves--all they way from Colorado!

Amazing Stay at the Endless Summer Villa

The Endless Summer Villa is amazing. The house has everything you need and offers incredible ocean views from the deck and second story. The owner, Mark, went out of his way to make sure we had a great time. He has first-hand experience in the area and gave excellent advice regarding the house, local restaurants and catering services, beaches, and surf. I really appreciated his effort to ensure my entire group had a wonderful time in Las Gaviotas. If you are looking for a safe, easy, and relaxing destination for your family or group of friends to hang out on the beach, drink a margarita, and catch a couple waves, look no further than the Endless Summer Villa.

Beautiful Home In A Beautiful Place

This property has it all. It's spacious, extremely clean, mwell kept, has a great location within the community, and the sight you see out the front windows every morning is pure magic. The homeowners are also very friendly, accommodating, and communicative, which I personally find to be equally important in the rental experience. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting!

Amazing time in a beautiful home!

This was one of our favorite stays in Las Gaviotas! Mark is very wonderful as far as making sure you and your guests are fully set up and all having a great getaway! Not only did Mark go above and beyond with the house itself, (one of the largest I've seen in Gavi) but he also made sure we hit all the best places to eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner - some of these places are somewhat of "locals" spots, that you may have never been to previously on trips down, but are definitely going to knock you off your feet! Overall 10/10 and will 100% be staying with Mark and one of their properties in Las Gaviotas again soon :)

Quick Furniture Shopping Trip

We enjoyed the house. It was clean & comfortable. The view was terrific. The water was hot, had an issue with a previous rental. The house behind the header of master had a loud party that went well past 0200 so it was hard to sleep. The following night security shut them down around midnight so that was nice. Beautiful house. Loved the furniture & decor. TV did not appear to have cable so might suggest own DVD player or a good book. Kitchen was well stocked. We highly recommend house, especially for a large family.

Amazing Accommodations and Great Times

Staying at Endless Summer Villa was an absolute treat! House accommodations were perfect with amazing views all day long. The hosts also gave perfect recommendations, including an amazing caterer who made some of the best fish tacos I've ever had. Walking distance to our own private surf spot. I will definitely be back! Absolute Paradise!

The property is in a beautiful and safe location, well kept and clean, with responsive hosts, and VERY comfortable for our group of 9. I am grateful they had availability the weekend I was looking to come visit from Los Angeles. We made great use of the water toys during our stay- a whole garage full of surf boards, paddle boards and kayaks! Plus, we took advantage of the local area with recommendations from Mark on local wineries, restaurants, etc. Truly the perfect place for a getaway. We all left feeling very refreshed and look forward to visiting more often!

We are frequent visitors to this beautiful community but our stay this time was one for the books. This beautiful villa (it’s bigger than our home) is equipped with everything you could imagine for a perfect stay - with or without your children. From the breathtaking views - yes, we spent much of our time on the deck to the comfy beds and well stocked garage - what are you waiting for! Just steps from the water, minutes away from town - don’t wait to book your retreat today! One final note, the owners were amazing. Every step along the way we received helpful information for our stay. The owners make themselves available for questions during your entire stay and their neighbors are just the sweetest!!

Tranquility of Endless Summer

This home was relaxing, spacious, and well-equipped. We especially enjoyed the ocean view while sitting on the deck, hearing the waves crash. Mark, the owner, gave us a plethora of information before arrival (crossing the border, what to bring, etc.) and answered multiple texts so we felt at home right away.
