"VRBO DID NOT CLARIFIED CHARGES. In quotation prior to payment taxes were deal as “taxes”, I claimed some double charging of some taxes and open claim case but proceeded with payment to keep reservation. After payment taxes are renamed as “touristic fee” and are not as detailed ad in quotation. My opened case VRBO only asked me to clarify with property owner and after insisting that VRBO is invoicing and charging and VRBO should clarify then VRBO closed my claim case.A second case was opened...

"Wasn’t sure where I was going, but when we arrived, I was in shock. Beautiful beachfront condo with a super large patio. This property is beautiful! Felt very safe, there was reserve parking and any security guard in the garage. I cooked meals for my family, ate on the patio, we drank our morning coffee listening to the ocean waves. Three bedroom two bath spacious condo. Will definitely return to this property."

"Overall, we had a great experience at this condo. It was very clean, comfortable, and had a stunning view of the beach, exactly what we were hoping for. I would definitely recommend this property to others.The only issue we had was during check-in; I wasn’t able to reach the property owner for about an hour, which made things a bit stressful. With better communication at check-in, this would be a 5-star experience all around."
