This beautifully renovated vacation rental spans 60 m2 across 2 levels, situated on the 4th and top floor of the building, and comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests across 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The apartment was fully renovated in 2022 and features luxurious, stylish furnishings throughout.
On the main floor, the living and dining room is elegantly appointed and opens onto a south-west facing balcony, offering a bright and welcoming atmosphere. The first bedroom on this level is furnished with 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and also benefits from direct access to a balcony with a north facing position. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and flows naturally into the living area. A bathroom and a separate WC complete the facilities on this floor.
On the upper floor, a large children's room of 15 m2 features sloping ceilings with a ceiling height ranging from 120 cm to 230 cm, a panoramic window, and an internal window overlooking the living room. This room contains 2 single beds each measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length, as well as 1 set of bunk beds with the same dimensions of 80 cm by 190 cm, and is equipped with a flat screen television. A further bedroom on the upper floor is furnished with 1 french bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, also with a flat screen television. A shower room with WC serves the upper floor. From the upper level, guests enjoy a marvellous panoramic view of the mountains and the ski run.
