"Les Hauts du Val-Claret A1 6" is a 3-room vacation rental apartment of 66 m2, situated on the 1st floor with a south-west facing position, designed to comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests across 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Upon entering, you are welcomed by an entrance hall that leads to the various living spaces distributed throughout the apartment. The first sleeping area is a studio featuring 1 double bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, a kitchen corner, a shower with WC, and a television. This studio opens onto a balcony with a south and west facing position, offering pleasant natural light throughout the day. The second sleeping area contains 2 bunk beds, each measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length, providing 4 individual sleeping spaces ideal for younger guests or additional occupants. This room also benefits from direct access to a balcony with a north and east facing position. The apartment further includes a spacious living and dining room with a television, as well as an open kitchen fully equipped for self-catering stays. A separate bathroom and an independent WC complete the layout, ensuring comfort and practicality for all guests.
