"Renae, the host was very responsive to any questions and took care of the couple of issues we had while there promptly.The unit was comfortable and spacious. Floors could have been cleaner. Rugs were dirty.I would not however recommend this for a long term stay.Be prepared to supply all of your own paper and cleaning products. You will have to do your own cleaning. Should you want someone to clean for you it could be scheduled for an additional 180/visit.Just a couple of other annoying issues...

"Everything was spectacular. The home is a spacious, very well-appointed and cared for, lakefront property, with a large screened, covered back living room with large pool. Very quiet neighborhood-just the sounds of birds. We have traveled throughout the world a bit - this is quite a find."

"Beauriful property, house is spacious and handicap accessible, except the showerhead is not mobile, it was difficult to bathe my mother. The kitchen knives are dull, so you may want to bri g a sharp knife to preparemeals. There is little hanging space for towels in bathrooms...bureverythong else was great at this propertyy"

"Would absolutely stay here again and hope to do so! Pictures and descriptions are accurate. Very clean and spacious home. Loved sitting on lanai early morning and evening. We only cooked breakfast, but there appeared to be plenty of kitchen supplies to cook whatever you would want. It was a great place to relax and visit family in the area. "

"Nice location away for town. Small community of very friendly folks. Plenty of open space and activities. A clean and well maintained living space. A couple of negatives are a small kitchen and Wifi was promised but in the process of being installed. Also the bed was soft for us."

"As first time renters we had a wonderful time. The weather was perfect and the location was great. And the view was lovely. We especially liked the wildlife and the wonderful sunsets!We did have a couple issues including; the internet was not strong enough to use Netflix, there were no clear direction on how the remotes worked with the cable TV causing us some frustration. Also bedroom TV kept dropping the network connections. We were disappointed that although the pictures showed lounge...

"We enjoyed our stay, nothing of concern to report. A couple minor items ( colander, mixing bowl) would had been helpful in an otherwise well supplied kitchen. Overall things were great! Thank you!"

We were there from SW Florida to escape the wrath of Milton…. Heidi, our host was very attentive to us during our stay…we found a new friend in Heidi…."
