"The A/C was not functioning for the duration of our stay and despite reaching out to the owner on vrbo as well as by WhatsApp, the issue was not addressed. In addition, the patio did not have any furniture, so we were sitting on the tile floor to get fresh air given the cooling issues inside. Would not recommend staying at this condo for any length of time. "

"Lovely and comfortable 2 bed condo. Beds were firm but comfy. Tiled floors and in suite washer dryer. Wifi is not great, lots of dropouts in service. Great views of the Arsenal volcano and lake. Restaurants are a short drive away, definitely need a car to stay. Lots of cookware and dishes, could use some basic oil and spices, only salt and pepper provided. Loved the 3 small pools and lounge chairs, steep walk up and down to them though. Easy self check in, easy to contact the property...

"First rate construction, beautiful interior, incredible view. You will definitely need a car. Name of the property: Arenal Malaku Condos. Please note: you are about 1 hour from La Fortuna, or 45 min from the Hot Springs. Property manager never got back to us with the name of the condo, a phone number, or any instructions how to get there. If you put up that name on the Internet, you can find it under Google Maps. Internet connection at this condominium is extremely poor. There is no cable...

"I am from Québec this Was the first Time on Costa Rica. Soient 12 Days and my vert 1 st stop Was this super condo. Easy to find but we were prepared. No one greets you but Was not necessary. Could of had moré Dish clothes and soap. The pool Was a great steep Walk and lots of winds..but what a view. Spacieus and clean. And Nice restaurants Near by."

"Great condo but a little thin on furnishings. Windy and hilly location. Even a walk to the pool was a challenging uphill walk back. Carla was great."
