"When we arrived to the hotel, they informed us there was a storm and they lost power. That is understandable, however they provided no alternative or directions on where we could sleep that night. They only said they were closed and couldn't support or help us in any way. We had driven 3 hours from Edimburgh and had to find another hotel in the middle of the night with very limit knowledge of the area and very poor international phone internet, sitting in a parking lot. "La habitación tenía unas vistas maravillosas al lago, aunque consideramos que fue un poco caro para lo ofrecido. El acceso a la habitación era un poco laberíntico y con muchas escaleras. La comida del restaurante estaba muy buena, pero teniendo en cuenta que envían emails incidiendo en que es excelente, esperábamos algo más."

"Great location. Nice and clean room. It did not have the breakfast or any service nearby. You have to drive to other hotel to have a breakfast. The breakfast did not have discount for guest at the beach house. Check in was at the sister hotel as well. Overal very nice stay and location. The downfall is not having the reception in the hotel and breakfast is served 3 miles away."
