"Our room was Yew and Eye, one of the newly built cabins in the garden of this historic inn with a twist. The design is like nothing we’ve ever seen before with surprises every way you look. The room itself has human eyeballs as a decorative theme which was fascinating and amusing. The standard double bed was extremely comfortable, there was plenty of useful storage and good ventilation. The cottage had all of the amenities we could wish for and a beautiful garden Ticehurst is only a short drive away and we went to lots of local places of interest - there is so much to see and do!
