"I’ve stayed here a few times and it is always good value for money and easy to use, the communication with the host is good and the different choice of rooms is good. Free parking is available overnight a few minutes walk away after 6pm. Place is always clean and quiet."

"needed a well needed rest after a busy year.After a long search of hotels around york we found this beautiful cottage just outside york,and needless to say it was just what we needed.lovely cottaged estate.we booked the 3 bedroomed cottage,fairview i think it was called.beautiful inside and out.no expense spared on the inside,very relaxing.we are already thinking about booking next year.would highly recommend."

"This property is outstanding from the moment you enter, useful welcome pack, cleanliness spot on, kitchen and equipment very good, mattress and bedding first class, thick Egyptian towels. And last but not least was the communication from Nigel who couldn't have been more helpful.
