We loved our stay at Coral Beach. The place was very private and had everything needed. Only saw one person pass by during the two weeks of our stay. There was abnormally cool weather our first week but it didnt matter because of the hot tub which really nice and unique to this property. Enjoyed the island - huking, parrot watching, caves, shore snorkeling, and watching the stars at night. The host and caretaker were great to work with and provided useful information about the island and house. Would definitely consider returning!

Outstanding!

Everything about this property was exactly as advertised; spacious, clean, beautiful pool & spa, and the property manager and his wife were friendly and extremely helpful! They, and the property owners, know all about customer service. On Good Friday (an important religious holiday for all businesses on the island) the central air went out. The property manager, Orane, was off the island however the property owners, who do not live there, and the manager’s wife jumped into action. Myra had some window units and with Ken’s help, they were installed immediately. By evening a new compressor was obtained from a contractor and installed! These are lovely people who are easy to contact and want your stay to be perfect. Thanks, Joy, Myra, Ken and Orane!

Wonderful Stay

My family and I absolutely loved our stay in Cayman Brac. We were able to relax and enjoy the villa as well as the island itself. The house was well equipped and they provided several different caves, restaurants, bike rentals, and other amenities to us! Our favorite restaurant was the Tipsy Turtle Bar, the staff was amazing and the food was delicious! We also enjoyed the pool, snorkeling, and time in the sun. We will definitely be back! The total disconnect we were looking for

This villa is by far our favorite stay in the Brac. We felt a world away from our busy lives in the states, and from the easy bustle of the Brac. The home is beautiful and remote, and a lot of thought and intention went into making it a five star accommodation. When not exploring the peaceful island, we lazed around the pool or just gazed at the mesmerizing, ever changing sea a skyscape. This will be our annual home away from home!

This was the third house we rented on Cayman Brac and definitely the best. The house is well appointed and everything works. The first house we rented was new and small. The second should have been condemned and was hot inside. This house was very comfortable. We didn't want for anything.

A little bit of Paradise

Spent ten days at this wonderful Villa. Coral Beach has everything you will need, from pool to hot tub to a very well laid out house plan and every amenity you will need. Spent the time with my wife and friends from college and we all very much enjoyed the ability to "unplug". The Brac is a beautiful island and we enjoyed the time exploring. Joy recommended a great individual for a fishing trip and Captain Curtis was wonderful. It's really difficult to put in words how peaceful it was every morning sitting outside with our friends and morning coffee and just enjoying the waves of the ocean and beautiful view we had. We'll be back.

Beautiful property

The house and grounds are beautiful. House was very clean. We loved all the labels that helped us identify which light switches were for which lights and where things went in the kitchen. Very helpful when you have four different people cooking and washing dishes and putting them away. We always put them where the label said so we knew where to find them next time! We are hikers and bird watchers. The location of the house was perfect. We could walk to Christopher Columbus gardens and see parrots. We also hiked from the house, up the Bight Road trail to the middle of island and came back down the road to the house. Only about 3.4 miles round trip and saw so many parrots! The little trails on the property were great for birdwatching too. We saw different kinds of vireos, different kinds of warblers, smooth billed anis, red legged thrushes, Bananaquits, loggerhead kingbirds, mockingbirds, Caribbean, ladderback woodpeckers, white crowned pigeons, Zenaida doves, and don’t forget the wild chickens - all in the front yard! And while sitting by the pool we saw many magnificent frigate birds, white tailed tropic birds, and least terns flying over the beach and ocean. Definitely a birder’s paradise! Owner and property manager were easy to communicate with and very helpful with island information.

Wonderful Brac break at this Fabulous property

After much research we picked Coral Beach Villa for a short family break in Cayman Brac and so delighted we did. We wish we’d stayed longer! Everything about the property is perfect - the location, secluded from the road by a long driveway and beautiful grounds, the stunning ocean and bluff views, the online pictures just don’t do it justice. We spent plenty of relaxation time around the pool and spa. The house is well appointed, with all the comforts of home and has absolutely everything you could need. Everything was beautifully clean and in great condition. The thoughtful owners have provided plentiful information and guidance on the island and things to do, where to eat, etc. We would certainly stay at Coral Beach Villa again on our next trip to the Brac and recommend it highly. There are many lovely vacation homes on the Brac but this is the absolute best.

Brac paradise

From booking to checkout, Joy and Gino at Coral Beach Villa, were absolutely wonderful to work with. The Villa was a slice of paradise, and we would definitely return! Cannot say enough about the snorkeling on this island, but we found one of the best places was in our own backyard! About 200 yards up the beach to the right, and about 30-50 feet out, was an amazing little coral reef with an incredible array of fish, rays and sharks! We stayed during an incredibly hot week- about 95 and sunny every day with a heat index between 110-115, but the pool and covered porch made it more than bearable! Nothing better than sitting in your own private pool and looking out at the beautiful colors of the Caribbean Sea to make you forget about all your troubles! Cayman Brac vacation

Six of us got together to go somewhere. I began searching the island. We also like to dive we like being on waterfront properties if possible. This Vrbo had several things that hit the high marks for us. 1-each bedroom had a king size bed and own full bathroom. 2-home sat on the waterfront beautiful sunsets and sunrises 3-large common area 4-pool with a sort of pool house partially covered and a large table with six chairs under an open space (buggy in the evening though) 5-removed from the main road very private and quiet 6-a well equipped kitchen 7-very attentive property person 8-Grocery stores minutes from location (island pricing is fairly high though) typical for the islands think New York pricing 9-15 minutes or so from the airport All in all a very well organized rental you won’t go wrong visiting this one.

Absolutely perfect!

My family (5 adults, 2 teens) greatly enjoyed this property! We've stayed at many locations over the years and this was easily one of the best homes we've stayed in. Both the main home and the cottage were very well maintained, clean and extremely well stocked. The instructions regarding the home were amazing! It's clear the owners spent a lot of time preparing the home for their guests. The location was very private and quiet. We spend hours on the pool deck and on the beach, enjoying the beauty of Cayman Brac. The accessibility of the home was so helpful! From entering the home to navigating around to using the bedrooms/bathrooms via a wheelchair was effortless! The host was incredibly helpful and responsive before, during and after our visit. We were met at the airport by a local guide who brought us to the home and walked through everything and made sure everything was in working order. The island is incredibly quiet and remote (which we LOVE!) so don't expect a lot of busy touristy experiences. There are a lot of wonderful nature walks, the cliffs on the East End, great snorkeling/diving (Brac Scuba Shack is awesome!) and many great restaurants (Barracuda, Star Island, etc.). If you're looking for a beautiful and modern home to rest and relax, this is the place! This will be our first choice when we come back! The host has set the bar for our future rental experiences. Very well done!

Coral Beach Villa is an outstanding place! The seclusion and privacy was everything we had anticipated. The Villa was immaculate. Beautiful furnishings and decor. Quality appliances and everything one would ever need and more in the way of dishware, cookware, flatware, utensils and small appliances. Perfectly organized with labeled shelves and labels throughout the Villa for fans, lighting, etc. the laundry room was perfect with very nice washer and dryer. Granite kitchen and bathroom countertops and roomy walk in showers. And chair height toilets. The pool and area surrounding it was beautiful! And we used the spa every evening. The lounge chairs were wonderful! No expense was spared with the quality of everything at the Villa, inside and out. Our dining options of choice are Captains Table, Brac Reef Resort and Barracudas, but we did cook dinner in quite often and the outdoor grill was perfect. Well maintained and clean. The landscaping throughout the entire property is very well maintained as well. Joy and her team are top notch and immediately responded to any questions we may have had throughout our stay. We have already reserved the villa for next year! It was truly the very best trip we have had to the Brac in the 10 years we have been visiting the island. We can’t stop talking about the experience and can’t wait until next year!

Fantastic

We were met at the airport by a very nice young man named Kent. We followed him to the villa. He showed us around and made sure we were comfortable. This place was very clean. I mean spotless. The pictures do not do the villa justice. Very comfortable and the kitchen was well supplied. We had everything we needed to cook our meals. Quiet peaceful pool spa area. You won't want to leave. We walked down the beach to the blue house where there is some coral good for snorkeling. We wore out fin booties which are sturdy but tennis shoes would be best. It's very rocky and sadly covered in garbage. We noticed this was commen on the island beaches. We would stay here again.

Lovely home in beautiful setting

This property checks many of the boxes we were looking for: beautiful view, excellent communication and service with owner (Joy) and property manager (Orane), many amenities and very comfortable. Three king bedrooms, each with ensuite bathrooms (as well as an additional 1/2 bath) was great! The only downside of the property for us was not really being able to get into the water in front of the house due to rocks and urchins, so we had to drive to a location for snorkeling. Nothing is a far drive, though, so, overall, it was a wonderful, relaxing vacation in a unique and beautiful location.

Property is beautifully landscaped, clean, well equpped, snorkelling from shore in front of villa is excellent, when calm at low tide, even better and easier from the dock at stake bay which is nearby. North beach is not a beach, but is an outstandingly beautiful shore walk. There are dozens of parrots and other birds at the columbus garden nearby. Star island for fish and bucaneers for reggae pizza are good restaurants. This is a small safe beautiful island, easy to drive on, easy to enjoy from coral beach villa

Relax

Such a beautiful quiet property on the ocean. Had all the amenities one would need. If your looking for a quiet place to relax, this is the place! The owner and property manager were both amazing and so helpful!

Brac Paradise

The home is just what we wanted. Private and oceanfront. The house is fully equipped with all the appliances and amenities one would want/need. Snorkeling in front of the house was great; shark, barracuda, puffers, lobster and more. (It is a rocky entrance) It is definitely on our list of places to return to.

Beautiful Getaway

Our stay at this property was wonderful! The home was immaculate with million dollar views of the Carribean Sea. The pool and hot tub were terrific - so much so, that it was hard to convince my family to leave the property to explore the wonders of Cayman Brac. The kitchen was well stocked and the bedrooms were excellent. Also, the owner Joy and the property manager, Mr. Orane were terrific. I highly recommend this property!
