Villa "Sheila" with Pool, Balcony & Wi-Fi

  • Located in Puerto del Carmen, the villa Villa Sheila has everything you need for a comfortable holiday. This villa impresses with its pristine outdoor area as well as the tasteful bedrooms, two of which lead out onto balconies with a seating area to enjoy the sunshine. The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one on the ground floor and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, portable fans, a washing machine as well as a satellite television with sports channels RTE 1 and 2. A baby cot is also available for an extra fee.

    The villa boasts a private outdoor area with a pool area with sun loungers, a heated pool, a grill and a dining area. There is also a garden, garden furniture, an open terrace, a balcony.

    The beach Playa Blanca can be reached in 10 minutes on foot (680m). The nearest restaurant is reachable on foot in under 3 minutes (176m). The nearest bars and supermarket can be reached in 3-5 minutes on foot (300m) while the next café can be reached in 5-8 minutes on foot (500m). The Lanzarote Airport can be reached in 10 minutes by car (9km).

    Free parking is available on the street.

    An extra bed can be provided for a fee.

    Pets, parties and events are not allowed.

    There is a safety gate available for families with small children around the pool that can be removed.

Le gustó: Limpieza, check-in, comunicación, ubicación, veracidad del anuncio
Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden. Ein paar kleinigkeiten findet man ja immer, aber es war nichts wildes dabei. Insbesonders der Pool und das drumherum hat uns gut gefallen und wurde auch ausgiebig genutzt. Die Kommunikation per Whatsapp war auch prima. Unsere Fragen wurden schnell beantwortet. Nach einem kurzen Spaziergang war man auch schon an der Strandpromenade. Insgesammt alles prima und nur zu empfehlen.

Pros: What a beautiful home to stay in!! We had a fabulous 2 weeks staying in Villa Sheila. We loved the home feel of the villa, everything we needed was to hand, even down to the rte channels!! Very central positioned, a five minute walk up to Lidl supermarket and only a ten minute stroll to both the Old Town & the strip. The management company were fantastic, especially Richie, he was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Thank you Sheila for all your help with our booking, you were very helpful regarding our stay, and we look forward to our next stay in Villa Sheila.

Pros: We had a fabulous holiday in Lanzarote staying in Villa Sheila with our 3 daughters aged 8, 12 & 13 Villa Sheila in central Purto Del Carmen ticked all the boxes central to the beach, shopping and restaurants with great facilities in lovely private secure villa, spacious lovely 3 bedrooms with all the necessary facilities included. We loved the pool & outside area loads of seating and option to sit at the seating /tables either front & back of the villa or the terrace. Ideally located walking distance to main beach area, Oldtown & port. Number of supermarkets, only minutes away. We found Sheila an absolute pleasure to deal with everything went seamlessly, from the booking throughout our stay & local management contact in PDC Richie was also great to deal with v helpful. We rented a car for a couple of days as wanted to explore the island but there is no need for car at this villa as beach shopping & leisure facilities on your doorstep at Villa Sheila. We were delighted to stay in Villa Sheila having not been in Lanzarote in over 15 years we really loved the villa, the area and will definitely return to Villa Sheila. Thanks Sheila for everything.

Dejlig ferier. Huset var ikke rigtig klar til os men blev det undervejs. Meget plads, ligger central

Pros: Dejlig ferier. Huset var ikke rigtig klar til os men blev det undervejs. Meget plads, ligger centralt, mange restauranter, gode indkøbsmuligheder ( Lidl). Efter poolen blev gjort klar var det rigtig lækkert. Grillen desværre fuld af vand!. Hvis det havde været sommer var der en rigtig fin strand at bade fra. Super kommunikation med ejer, hun er rigtig sød:) Vi kunne ønske os bedre køkkenredskaber. Køkkenknivene var ubrugelige, pander og gryder bulede i bunden og flere glas skåret. Vær forberedte på at der ikke er bl.a. Opvasketabs, salt til opvaskemaskinen, staniol, plastposer samt skraldeposer. Men alt i alt havde vi en perfekt vinterferie med varme og gode ture i området. Hvis I lejer en bil så planlæg hvad I vil se - det er en ret vulkansk ø som kræver planlægning dog er der ikke langt mellem seværdigheder. Rigtig god fornøjelse:)

Pros: This was our fourth time staying in Villa Sheila. It's a lovely villa with all you could want in a sun holidays. There is lots of space for the five of us. (3 teenage kids). The villa is in a great location being only 4 minutes walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. We found Sheila very easy to detail with and was very helpful. Hopefully we will be back again!
