Die Gastgeber waren absolute Spitze! Das Willkommens Körbchen Kühlschrank... du kommst an, und musst nicht am Samstag einkaufen. Brot, Wurst, Käse, Milch, O-Saft, Butter, Eier... alles da!Das Haus sehr gut ausgestattet, modern und super sauber! Es war ein Traum. Toller Ausgangspunkt für Touren, mega Aussicht und wunderbar ruhig.

Excellent hosts

Richard and Irina are consummate hosts for whom nothing is too much trouble. The villa is completed to a high standard with everything required for a relaxing break. The pool was a perfect temperature for relaxing even in January but unfortunately for us the view was spoiled by the neighbour constructing a framework for fencing. Richard and Irina were powerless to prevent this and moved us into their adjacent villa as soon as it was available which was very much appreciated.Hopefully they will be able to resolve this dispute with their neighbour and get the wonderful view restored.

Perfect island hideaway

A wonderful little villa, perfect for two. High specification, lovely design, beautiful garden, view and heated pool. We had a lovely time, best Lanza stay ever. Richard and Irina are consulate hosts. Highly recommended.

Small but beautifully formed

Host very welcoming and knowledgeable about…. Well….. everything really. We had trouble with the TV, and he helped us out every time. The garden in particular was great, and was designed in such a way that even when it was windy, you could still sit outside. Welcome pack was great, and allowed us to not worry about provisions on the first night after an evening landing.

A lovely property with a fantastic view

A very comfortable property for two and so peaceful. Extremely well equipped kitchen. Outside is great, both the pool area and the seating area for some shade. Richard could not have been more helpful but you were not aware that he was nextdoor. Lived it here

Entspannter Urlaub

Absolut herrliche Lage mit Weitblick und schönem Sonnenauf- und-Untergang. Die Villa ist klein aber für 2 Personen wenn das Wetter gut ist absolut ausreichend. Vom Pool hat man die traumhafte Sicht aufs Meer und Fuerteventura, innen von der Villa und vom Essplatz außen leider eher nicht. Richard und Irina sind sehr nett und haben tolle Tips für die Insel! Wenn es Probleme gab ( nur Kaltwasser oder gar kein Wasser) war Richard schnellstens da! Wir hatten 2 superschöne Wochen und können das kleine Häuschen weiterempfehlen.

5 Sterne Deluxe Haus mit Pool

Herzlicher Empfang von Richard mit tollen Restaurant Tipps und einem gefüllten Kühlschrank inclusive Kaffeevollautomat mit Bohnen. 2 Klimaanlagen und 3 Deckenventilatoren lassen keine Wünsche offen. Pool sehr sauber und nicht zu kalt. Unterkunft sehr sauber und ruhig. Keine Straßenlärm und keine lauten Hunde. Badewanne ist ein Traum und die Regenwalddusche sehr geräumig. Wir waren zu zweit eine Woche im August, ideales Badewetter, morgens etwas windig, aber warm. PKW Stellplatz gleich um die Ecke, privat und geschützt. Die Schränke und die Einrichtung entsprechen einem 5 Sterne Hotel ! Das ist nicht übertrieben. Die beiden TV`s funktionieren auch mit unendlich vielen Programmen. Abends ist der Garten schön romantisch beleuchtet. Sehr zu empfehlen, Geheimtipp !!!

Wunderschön

Uns hat es sehr gefallen. Irina und Richard sind super Gastgeber und haben sich bestens um uns gekümmert. Diese Wohnung ist auch sehr gut für kleine Familien mit einem Kleinkind geeignet: Babybett, Hochstuhl, es ist alles da! Ein Mietauto ist hier wahrscheinlich unerlässlich. Wir können Villa Lactea ohne Einschränkung weiterempfehlen.

Richard’s property was superb for our small family of 3, very well equipped, decoration is very nice and in the « Lanzarote / Manrique spirit », nice small pool area with view looking over Puerto del Carmen and the sea in the distance, everything built & thought in quality. Only small minus was the wind - quite strong all over Lanzarote and this place is no exception, so made it a bit chilly when the sun was out Altogether, one of the best properties we stayed in and we will be back in Lanzarote

Beyond our expectations

Beautifull Villa in a quiet location, with only a 5/10 minute drive to Puerto Calero and Puerto del Carmen. Richard and Irina were the perfect hosts, full of information regarding restaurants and activities on the island. The Villa was exceptionally clean and very well equipped with everything you could possible need. From the moment you step through the door you can see how much thought, care and attention had been given to both the interior and exterior of the property. The heated pool was wonderful with great coastal views. We even had a heated outdoor shower. If you're looking for rest and relaxation, this is the ideal villa. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and hope to return in the near future.

Fern dem Weihnachtsstress

Wunderschöne gemütliche Villa. Einfach nur zum wohlfühlen. Tolle Terrasse mit beheizten Pool. Und eine super angenehme Ruhe. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich. Der Check in verläuft absolut unkompliziert. Und es ist ein super nettes Willkommens Packt im Kühlschrank vorhanden. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

What's not to love

My lovely husband and I stayed at this lovely villa for 2 weeks in October. It was so peaceful and relaxing. The owners were so helpful but were not intrusive at all. The villa was well equipped with top of the range fittings. This property is superb for a couple. It is so well located for a really good choice of restaurants. Very well recommended for everything.

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir verbrachten zwei Wochen dort und es war ein toller Urlaub. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Die Villa ist klein und super schön, ideal für zwei Personen. Richard ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Der Kühlschrank war bei der Ankunft gefüllt, sodass wir nicht gleich einkaufen gehen mussten. Die Lage ist super und es kann von dort aus bequem die ganze Insel besichtigt werden (hier bietet sich ein Mietwagen an). Insgesamt hatten wir einen tollen Urlaub und kommen gerne einmal wieder zu Richard und Irina!

Fantastic villa, fabulous lovely location and great hosts

What a wonderful place! In a secluded and peaceful location with the most fantastic views and a pool to die for. The villa is equipped with everything you could wish for and more. Richard was a great host, full of great restaurant and event recommendations without being intrusive at all. We ate at several of the restaurants and would endorse his recommendations for Amura and Azure in the wonderful Puerto Calero. The welcome pack gave us a great feast and is certainly the best we have ever had. We would thoroughly recommend a stay here and will visit again .

Had a lovely week. The owner Richard was very helpful. Recommended some good beaches and restaurants. The accommodation is compact for a family of four (two adults and two children) but tasteful and well laid out. The views towards the sea and playa Del Carmen are wonderful.

Superb accommodation for 2, total relaxation, perfect!

This villa is so modern yet cosy and inviting with wonderful traditional aspects. The bed is large, comfortable (as are the pillows) and the bedding and towels all fabulous quality. Every room is appointed with everything you would need and lends itself perfectly to unwind, chill and enjoy Lanzarote to the full. The views from the picture windows are super and the only noise is the chirping of birds or buzzing of bees, just how we like it! Everywhere is accessible on the island and the roads easy to travel on. We very much enjoyed our stay here and the owner's Richard and Irina were extremely helpful from the moment of booking to the end of our stay. We thoroughly recommend this villa to anyone wishing to get away and soak up the calm and quiet - oh yes and sun too!
