The property is located in the heart of Puerto del Carmen, along the lively Avenida de las Playas. Guests can enjoy easy access to Playa Grande, one of the area's main golden-sand beaches, as well as a wide selection of nearby restaurants, cafés, shops, and leisure options. The seafront promenade is ideal for walking or cycling while enjoying views of the Atlantic Ocean.

The area is also a great base for exploring Lanzarote. Guests can stroll towards the traditional Old Town and fishing harbour, visit Playa Chica for swimming and snorkelling, or enjoy the longer beaches of Los Pocillos and Matagorda. The excellent coastal promenade and convenient location make it easy to explore much of Puerto del Carmen on foot, while the island's main attractions are within easy reach by car.

Getting around the Avenida de las Playas in Puerto del Carmen is very easy and comfortable:

On foot: It is ideal for walking. There is a wide promenade by the sea, perfect for exploring shops, restaurants and beaches.

By bike or electric scooter: There is a bike lane along most of the avenue.

By car: Parking is available, although in central areas it can be limited.

Public transport: Several bus lines connect the avenue with other areas of the island.

Taxi: There are frequent taxi ranks along the avenue.

It is a very accessible area and designed to be enjoyed without haste.

You can enter the accommodation at any time after 15:00. Early check-in can only be arranged on request. If you need it, please send us an email.
