Apartamento ideal para pasar unos días de descanso en Puerto del Carmen. El apartamento cuenta con todo lo necesario y está a escasos minutos de la playa y zona de ocio. Se aparca sin problema en los alrededores incluso en temporada alta.

Apartamento perfecto para 2 personas. Cocina con 2 fuegos y suficientemente equipada. La mesa está en la terraza y tiene una sombrilla grande para poder comer a la sombra. Urbanización muy tranquila sin problemas para aparcar.A menos de 10 minutos de la playa y del paseo marítimo con bares y restaurantes. Supermercados a 5 minutos.

Piso pequeño pero agradable

El piso está muy bien ubicado, es pequeño pero para una pareja es más que suficiente. Una zona tranquila y cerca de la zona del paseo marítimo. El propietario, a pesar de no estar, estuvo en contacto todo el tiempo y nos dio muchas indicaciones para encontrar la casa y detalles sobre el piso. Además, nos dejó desayuno, cafés, tes, leche, zumos, agua... Como puntos negativos, quizás faltaba un poco de limpieza y para comer dentro de la casa no hay ninguna mesa, solo una muy pequeña auxiliar y la que está en la terraza. Por lo que si quieres comer dentro, es un poco complicado. La cama y las almohadas nos parecieron un poco incómodas, pero eso ya es por el tipo al que estés acostumbrado. En general muy bien, un piso confortable, bien ubicado y con muchas prestaciones.

Muy tranquilo

El alojamiento está en una zona y en una urbanización muy tranquilas, perfectas para poder descansar. El piso es sencillo, pero suficiente para dos personas. Dispone de aire acondicionado, de pago, pero muy económico, lo cual está genial. La limpieza es correcta en general. Echamos en falta que no hubiese algunos útiles de limpieza (detergente de la lavadora o fairy) para no tener que comprar un bote entero para un par de días. Repetiríamos!

Tout ce qu'il faut pour deux personnes

Le logement est très propre et dispose de tout le nécessaire pour deux personnes. La piscine est peu fréquentée et bien entretenu. A 10 minutes à pieds de la plage. Le propriétaire est accueillant et réactif par messages. Seul soucis, nous avons eu des travaux tous les matins de la semaine dès 8h du matin... Egalement, dès coupures d'eau régulières le soir car priorité donnée aux hotels...

Great stay in cozy apartment

The location of Billy's apartment is ideal for access to both the Old town and the strip. The apartment also has two mini market shops close by and the larger Lidl supermarket within easy walking distance. The amenities within the apartment itself include: air condition, large fridge/freezer, washing machine, walk in shower etc. We particularly liked the balcony as it was private and not overlooked by any other properties which made it ideal for sun bathing in the afternoons when it caught the sun. The swimming pool has several sun lounges and again has a private feel to it, should you wish to take a dip to cool off.

Perfect little apartment

This was a nice sized apartment for a solo traveller and has everything you need. The bed was very comfortable! The aircon was a godsend for an Irish person who does not fair well in too much heat. Billy met me at the apartment, showed me around and made sure I knew how everything worked. He was always a text away (like when I locked myself out of the apartment on the second day) and super helpful. There was conveniently water and wine (and more) already in the fridge when I arrived which was a treat for someone as unorganised as me! Will definitely be returning to this apartment when visiting Puerto Del Carmen again!

Dafür gibt es nur ein Wort: Vorbildlich. Wohnung, Lage, Ruhe - es ist alles hervorragend. Auch die Parkplatzsituation direkt vor der Türe ist völlig entspannt und eher untypisch positiv im Vergleich zu anderen spanischen Touristenorten. Der Vermieter Billy ist innerhalb weniger Minuten wie ein Freund. Super Kommunikation und zur freudigen Überraschung war sogar der Kühlschrank mit einem Willkommensgruß gefüllt. Die Ausstattung des Apartements ist vollständig. Es blieben keine Wünsche offen.

Winter Break

Excellent communication with the friendly owner Billy, before and during our stay. Very short walk to the main beach and promenade/strip area. A local supermarket just metres away and a large Lidl 5-10 mins walk. Everything and more for your holiday in the apartment. TV and internet. Safety box. Pool area nice and more than enough loungers. My perfect fortnight

Great communication with Billy from booking this wee gem of an apartment..he met me out of my taxi n showed me to his place...Great wee pad,great internet,great patio,great air con n best bed ive ever slept in on holiday...10 mins at the most walk down to the strip and beach...about 15 mins to the harbour and old town..it really is in a great location with a supermarket on your doorstep...Ive been goin to Lanza for 5 years now and i'll youz Billys place every time from now on..Loved it

Great location

Stayed with my fiancé for 10 nights late may/early June. Billy was there to meet us and on hand if we needed anything and left a lovely welcome pack with essentials. Shop downstairs with everything you need for day to day basics open until 11 pm each night. The air conditioning was a welcomed surprise and one which we made use of. Apartmentis small but cosy and has all the essentials in a good location between both old/new town. Quiet complex with both holiday makers and full time residents. Looking forward to returning in the future .

Ideal cozy apartment

We have stayed in Puerto Del Carmen many times and in many different apartments. This place had everything you need for a comfortable stay and was very clean. Billy met us on arrival and was very welcoming and gave us all the information we needed about the TV and other items in the apartment. The location of the apt is pretty good, the main strip & beach are about 5 mins walk downhill and the Harbour is about 15 mins walk. We had a very pleasant stay and would recommend this apartment.

We arrived to be met by Lisa who showed us round the apt as billy was away but he called round the next morning to make sure all was ok ,there was a nice welcome paçk of milk water tea bags biscuits and wine provided by Billy ,which was well appreciated by us ,the apartment was very clean and had everything you need for a perfect holiday ,few nice wee touches like a toastie machine ,plenty of utensils if you feel like cooking instead of getting all dressed to go out for breakfast, the apartment and pool area was very quiet just nice to be able to chill out before going to the strip at night ,nice location few minutes walk to the shops bars and restaurants, any problems (not that we had any) then the owner billy lives just couple minutes away ,safe and secure apartment, plenty of constant hot water ,would recommend this apartment and would stay there again
