  • Casa Don Juan has been a favourite for years for holiday makers for its Location and as a well priced house, Casa Don Juan is a registered vacation rental property (VV) and is a typical Canarian style furnished house perfect for a family holiday or a small group of friends . It is located in the heart of Puerto Del Carmen close to all amenities including the new LIDL store. The house is all on one floor but please note there are 4 steps at the entrance gate that may impact on persons with reduced mobility . See Photos included . The house has a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom , 2 twin bedrooms and a second general bathroom. All bedrooms have Air conditioning units . The lounge , dining and kitchen area are open plan and lead to a covered terrace area and onto the pool. The pool 10.50 m x 5.10 m and debth 1.40 m to 1.50 m . There is also a pool side shower. The pool is heated in winter months (1st nov to 30th april). There is a BBQ area. The house accomadates up to 6 person comfortably. There is a cot and high chair provided for a baby. The house has wifi and internet IPTV with the main English language channels . Linen and towels are provided as well a beach towels . Check in is from 14:00 and check out is by 10:00.

Have stayed here before nice quiet location 10-15 minutes walk to the sea front and a huge pool didn’t really cook so can’t comment on kitchen but looks to be everything that would be needed,beds are comfy would definitely return

Another Fabulous Stay at Casa Don Juan- ssh font tell everyone

Fabulous location, close to Lidl, short walk to few local bars and less than 10 mins to main strip - taxi back - under 4Llovely pool attended at least twice during our 9 night stay. Clean plenty of towels .Fully equipped- Maria very attentive host - if you needed anything she was available and acted immediately.

Family Holiday

Stayed here for 2 weeks with family and friends. Spacious villa in a private setting, very well located within a 10min walk to either the old town or main promenade. Good sized pool . Third visit in a row to Puerto del Carmen loads of things to see and do.

Casa Don Jaun has it all.

Casa Don Jaun had everything we needed for our holiday. Quiet and private location but conveniently placed for supermarket shopping and a short walk to the beach, about 15 / 20 mins. The pool is large by comparison to other rentals in the area.

Lovely Villa

Lovely villa in a great location close to bars, restaurants and supermarket. Nice size pool. So easy to check in and we were able to check in early which we were extremely grateful of. As others have mentioned only criticism would be more glasses and mugs needed. Overall a fantastic holiday I'm sure we will be back.

Perfect Villa

Check in details were easy and upon arrival the villa was clean with everything we needed. Large pool which suited 3 teenagers & 3 adults. Enough sun loungers for each of us and we made good use of the BBQ especially with Lidl’s just a short walk away. We will definitely be booking again 😊

10 lovely days back in Casa Don Juan the pool is amazing and the new sun beds appreciated Close to everything (Spar for butcher meat) Hipperdino and Lidl for everything else and a Pharmacy as well El PoLaco restaurant across the road is fab for food and the Kazbar great for a drink My only teeny tiny suggestion is bigger wine glasses please 😉other wise great villa and will be back next year again
