"Entfernung zur Fußgängerzone mehr als 2km (normalerweise mehr als die mal angegebenen 11 Gehminuten!). Haus etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Suff dem Flur roch es etwas aus einer Mischung aus Muff und Abfluss. Aber: Handwerker im Haus und Personal super freundlich. Parken auf dem Geländer kostenlos! ..."
