Beautiful property and spacious accommodations for our group of 8. We didn’t end up using the separate guest house but appreciated having it available if we needed extra space.The two main bedrooms had amazing views of the river and the proximity to the river was great. There was a shallow area that was safer for wading, and a grassy area with chairs that were perfect for relaxing next to the water. Don’t forget to bring the bug spray if you’re planning to spend time outdoors!The host was communicative and responsive when I reached out with a couple of questions. We were able to charge our EV by bringing a mobile charger and plugging into a standard outlet in the garage, which was convenient and very much appreciated since there aren’t many chargers nearby. We had a great time and would consider staying here again!

Gorgeous property, very clean, perfect for families. We arrived a bit early and housekeeper even helped unload our car! We had a minor issue which the property manager solved right away, on Thanksgiving weekend. Highly recommend.

Wow, what a beautiful house near the river! We especially appreciated the big separate bunkhouse (ADU) for our 2 families. Very comfortable king beds and a great big dining room table for family dinners and card games. We even caught fish each day in the river right in the backyard and enjoyed barbecuing steaks on the patio. Thank you for a quiet, easy stay!

Well-thought-out home in a convenient location for accessing Sequoia National Park. The property has a three-car garage in a separate building, with a small fully gated courtyard connecting the main house, bunkhouse, and garage. In the backyard, there’s a large grassy area where kids and pets can run around safely — though we did spot one small coyote during our stay.The home also has direct access to the river out back, though water levels vary by season. During our late July visit, the river was just high enough for a fun tubing run of about a quarter mile. Be mindful of rocks, and water shoes are highly recommended.Communication with the owner was excellent — very easy to reach and quick to address any issues we had. Our family had a wonderful time!

Great location and property!

My family visited the Three Rivers area for the first time and really enjoyed staying at this property! The inside is spacious, clean, and you can look out and see the river from almost any room you are in. The backyard and easy access to the river was one of our favorite parts about our stay. Sequoia National Park is so close and a must visit spot while in town. We made so many fun family memories on our trip and would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Quick Getaway

This home was a perfect place to unwind and enjoy nature. Just my wife and I and we couldn’t have asked for a better rental. Location on the river was amazing and the property is beautiful. This would be a great rental with family and friends as well. We will be back.

Sequoia Trip

This property was beautiful! The house and cottage were modern and nicely furnished and slept 8 of us very comfortably. The backyard along the river was peaceful to sit out and relax after long days in Sequoia park. It was also a very short drive to the entrance of the park.

Peace and quiet by the river

Beautiful house with private access to the river. The interior was good - very comfy beds and well equipped kitchen. The main living area was stylish and there was a great pool table and basketball game in the garage. The river was amazing - quite warm in July and flowing gently enough to allow swimming. Location of the house was good. Really quiet and very close to the Sequoia Park entrance.

Fabulous family vacation spot!

Our family of 10 had the best time ever. The 4 kids (ages 5-12) had such a blast tubing in the backyard “mini-rapids”. The property was very private. The entire family used the playroom in the evenings (too hot during the day). Perfect dining room for game nights. The separate bunkhouse was perfect for the grandparents (my hubby & I) to take a little break from the kids at times. We did some local whitewater rafting, rented a boat at nearby Kaweah Lake and took a tour up at the sequoia National Park. Everything was very convenient and all of the locals were so nice. We would really love to stay here again.
