We had an amazing stay. The description and photos were accurate and a perfect representation of the property. Across the street there is a friendly neightbor that sells fresh eggs. The shops and restaurants nearby have almost all you would need. AC worked great and the pool well used as the days got hot. Drive to Sequoia was reasonable, just be aware of traffic during busy days.

I wish I could give 10 stars! The villa and the swimming hole on the river are absolutely amazing! Stunning views of the mountains from the living room and the master suite! The close approximation to Sequoia National Park and the community of Three Rivers was really convenient. Communication with the host was professional, courteous and prompt. The 4 bedrooms with king size beds was great for my family. I would highly recommend this location for anyone traveling to Sequoia National Park or King’s Canyon. Great place to unwind after a day of hiking.

This vacation was spectacular! Our entire family-10 of us ages 72 - 2 were here to celebrate our 50th anniversary.The property is amazing. Clean, bright and beautifully decorated with thoughtful touches throughout. The pool was great fun and the child fence let everyone relax! The hot tub was enjoyed by many and the game room was a favorite for the kids.The swimming hole was unbelievable! So many hours spent playing in the water and on the boulders. Stunningly gorgeous! And all for us!The location couldn’t be better, minutes from the National Park entrance with lots of restaurants within minutes, though we felt wonderfully secluded. Our hosts were very friendly and responsive. Check in was seamless and checking out only made us wish we were staying longer! I would love to recommend this property! It more than met our expectations. The pictures hardly show the beauty both inside and outside.

My grandkids absolutely loved the river. Their first experience with swimming in a river and they were hooked. The house is perfectly located to the entrance to Sequoia. The kitchen was a bit crowded when we all got in there with the large island in the middle but that’s just us. We love all helping out with the meals and everyone pitches in. We had a great time and would highly recommend this house. Thanks Nataliya and Nancy!

Family vacation

My family thoroughly enjoyed our week! We used every aspect of the property. Everyone loved the river watering hole, watching the wild turkeys and deer in the mornings and evenings, swimming in the pool, and eating all together at the large indoor and outdoor table. The house is spacious and beautiful; I would recommend it!On the less positive side, which is being picky, the skillets need to be replaced, very difficult to cook in and harder to clean, missing smoke detector in second bedroom on main floor and we were led to believe there were 3 beds in both upstairs bedrooms, but only 1 in one of the bedrooms. The rollaway beds wouldn’t hold anyone’s weight, but my 5 year old granddaughter was happy with the mattresses on top of each other. There was plenty of sleeping room for all 11 of us, just not what was expected.We would happily return to this vacation house!

Fall Getaway

Beautifully and functionally designed home on large property near the Kaweah River. Excellent activities for all ages to include: Sequoia Park, swimming, hot tub, river activities, sand volleyball, and a garage with pool table and ping pong table. We enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend this home.

The location of this property in proximity to Sequoia National Park is hard to beat. You are about 15 minutes from.the foothill entrance. There is wildlife on the property.

Fabulous house and great location

We stayed at this property during a family getaway visiting Sequoia National Park. The house was very nice and comfortable for our group. Our kids loved the pool and walking down to the river to explore the surroundings. The proximity to the park was perfect. There are also restaurants and shops nearby, which was fun. The owners were very nice and ready to accommodate our requests. We highly recommend this property!

Perfect Location

The location of this house was perfect. The river was a short walk from the house and was wonderful for swimming and fishing. The kids loved the pool as well. The description of one of the bedrooms was misleading though. The description said a King bed and a Double bed, but what was actually there was just a king bed. You had the option of using 2 twin rollaway beds for the additional beds in the room. The rollaways are fine for children, but are uncomfortable for adults. The cleanliness of the house was mediocre. For the rate charged, I expected it to be a little cleaner.

Terrific Base for Area Adventures

This home is perfect for large or multi-family stays. The house’s location on the river, near outdoor attractions like rafting and proximity to National Parks is terrific. Pool, hot tub and ample sitting areas is fun and functional.

National Parks Vacation

Three Rivers property was lovely. Very well stocked with spices, olive oil, coffee, teas and very upscale pots and pans. We went to Kings Canyon and Sequoia National Parks. It was a perfect location to hit the parks. Three Rivers is a large spacious home with plenty of room for families. We would stay again. Leslie

Gorgeous house, stunning location, kind hosts

We had the most gorgeous stay in this wonderful house in three rivers. The house was spotless well equipment with very comfortable beds. We loved having the river run through the bottom of the land and enjoyed seeing deer walk through most mornings. The kids especially loved the games room. With restaurants and hikes just a fee minutes away and being so close to the park its location was ideal. The hosts were very communicative and especially kind as my daughter left her favorite blankie behind and Nancy went above and beyond to find it and mail it back to us. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Rented this beautiful home during Veterans Day weekend of 2023. House was fully loaded from pots and pans, towels, coffee maker, two sets of washer and dryer if needed, Bbq grill, pool and hot tub. Game room has pool table, TV, ping pong table and mini basketball hoops. Our family of five enjoyed playing these games at night as most restaurants/stores nearby close early. House is less than 5 minutes away from local town and approximately 11 minutes away from Sequoia which made it very convenient. Best of all, Nataliya was very nice and also accommodated our three little shih-tzus. We will definitely stay again. Thank you for our memorable trip!

The house and furnishings were beautiful. It wasn’t the cleanest house I have ever stayed in- but it was ok. All the beds are super firm. We had an issue with some red ants but they were responsive in bringing over some Raid and Ant traps.

Beautiful location and home

We absolutely loved this VRBO! Nothing but good things to say about it. My family enjoyed access to amazing river views and the hot tub since it was a little chilly during our visit. Nataliya was extremely kind, helpful, and responsive. We would love to stay again.
