"The Tiny River House was PERFECT for my husband and me. A private location and on the river. It was such a lovely spot and close to the entrance of Sequoia National Park. Everything worked great. The two wall A/C units were perfect to cool the full tiny home. All appliances worked great. The home was clean and fresh. We highly recommend. And we will be back to stay here again!"

"The room was cute and the pictures at booking made the room look promising. However, we realized the remodel must have happen a few years ago as there was some maintenance issues the room is in need of in the small bathroom. The air conditioner almost cooled the room as the summer heat came in thru door that wasn’t sealed all the way. Our relatives stayed in the 4 bedroom apartment and that was lovely! "

"My sister and I planned this as part of our "week of adventures" get away and had a lovely stay. The location and check-in would have been perfect had we arrived during daylight hours, however due to airline cancellations and delays we arrived past dark. We loved staying here and would highly recommend, the river was perfect! Just know you are far into the countryside and not close to any markets so plan to be onsite during your stay. Sadly the trails listed are almost unusable as the roads were...
