"We were in town for a softball camp and college visit at WMU. We were not at the residence much over our two day stay. The property was cozy, clean, and perfect for our trip. The beds were comfortable. As noted the road is busy. Traffic can be heard but it didn't interfere with our sleep. There are fans available that can help cover up the noises. "Overall the cabin is quite cute. It is very clean and a comfortable place to stay. My main complaint is that the portion of the lake it is on is very stagnant and feels like a mosquito breeding ground. There was a lack of comfortable outdoor furniture where the only place to relax was a hammock. It's also not close to much with the majority of things to do being about 40 minutes away. However the neighbors are nice and the area is quite peaceful. "

"We came here with 8 people, four young kids, we had fun in the hot tub and the sleeping arraignments were great, beds were comfortable enough and the kids loved the swim spa, and the view is super cool, watching birds and wild life in the river. We would recommend this place even in the winter. "
