This is not a terrible place by any means, but I just in good conscience give it more than three stars. Kind of dismal, although I am confident it had been cleaned well.

Ok for a cheap place to stay for a night while traveling. However, it was not an inexpensive place to stay. Bed was uncomfortable. Carpet was very dirty. Check in was very inconvenient. Nobody at desk. Had to phone and wait. Was given wrong room number. Not a very pleasant experience. Do not recommend.

As a clean, quiet place to sleep while on a road trip this hotel fits the bill. They accept pets. Check in was friendly, fast, efficient. My only real issues were that there wasn't really any place to walk to stretch your legs and very few nearby options for eating.

Bad location. The towels and bedding stunk like chemicals. The toilet seat had dried on pee. I do not recommend staying there especially for the price!!! It was not worth the money I would have just slept in my car.

We were staying here as a stopover between two long days of driving and it was gave us a place to rest our heads, but certainly was not worth the price (which we were told was a deal from their normal price). There were a bunch of flies in the room when we arrived, the TV channels were pretty fuzzy (the 8 of them that there were) and after waiting several minutes, the water in the shower never got beyond freezing. I know it is a tiny town and maybe not a lot of staff, but the office is also open until 9pm and seems like no one available overnight, which doesn't make me feel the safest. Probably would not stay here again by choice.

No soap…offered an extra shampoo, room smells, some rooms without electricity (ours ok), can’t open window (no screen), and just a general rugged internal room appearance.

Convenient Stay
Convenient to Lewis and Clark Caverns, this is behind a truck stop gas station off the highway, not actually in Three Forks. Clean, basic rooms. Quiet. Check in was a bit odd but other than that it served its purpose as a stop for the night. Three Forks is a few miles down the road, with restaurants and shops.

Staff very friendly. Fan was loud in the bathroom and the room could use a deep clean. Dusty baseboards. Air conditioner missing the cover over vents.

There was no breakfast. According to Expedia there was to be a free breakfast. There was no breakfast. We would have looked elsewhere for accommodations had we known that.

No frills, but it was clean. Room smelled a bit perfumy, but we turned on fan and that worked for us. Has microwave, tv and fridge. Plenty of parking. After hours check in was easy (there is a drop box with a code). Lobby opens at 9am, so I'm not expecting a free breakfast.

Well I was totally attacked by spiders pics to prove but prob nothing they can handle. I more mad that our bed was a full bed not a queen. A bed was clearly moved out of our room. It wasn't worth the 700$ we spent for 5 days. I'm a 5'7 and my feet are clearly hanging off a bed. No way my husband fit on a double bed when we paid for a queen

Travelodge did a good job leaving a key out and having a room ready for a later arrival. I appreciated the kind lady who answered the phone and had everything ready for me.

The lodge is just a place to sleep. The general area is a truck stop. There is nothing special about the motel and there is no breakfast with the room.

The place is decent, everything is clean, and the employee was friendly and help us with our check in over the phone as we arrived after the lobby closed but it was easy to figure out what to do once we got there. Our refrigerator didn’t work and had to use ice to keep everything cold.

The front desk closed at 9pm and didn't open until 9am. Their were a lot of people coming and going and that make it very noisy. A old RV trailer was parked in the parking lot was an eye sore. The room was clean and adequate for what we needed.

Trimmed amenities, but excellent service.
Best service in months. They had already taken care of check-in before I arrived. I was exhausted, and didn't have to wait around for paperwork, or them looking up my reservation, etc. They literally just handed me my room key and receipt as soon as i showed them my ID. I was out of the lobby in under a minute! As for the room, it was the 3rd place I've stayed in a row, with a hard floor, instead of carpet. I get this, from a cleaning and maintenance point of view, but it usually makes a room reverberate and echo. However, this place put some rugs that helped absorb sound. Another convenient difference, was a baseboard heater. Not the usual wall unit, or other nousy forced air systems that keep waking me up at nights.

Great service, great mattress, great linens, great pillows, great window treatment, very pleased with my stay at Travel Lodge Three Forks, Montana
