"The room was clean and warm, beds were comfortable with crispy clean linen, the shared bathroom was extremely clean and the shower was fantastic. The drying room and ski/board locker was more than satisfactory and on site parking was convenient also the included buffet breakfast was really nice and all staff were friendly and helpful with the owner/manager and his partner/wife being fantastic hosts. "

"5 fantastic dsys at the River inn. Ski in out is great ... a 1 minute stumble from the lifts at friday flat. Breakfast has plenty of tasty selections, hot and cold. The room was large. The bed comfortable. It'll be hard to stay anywhere else now. If you're a keen skier, this place is great."

"Outstanding accommodation if you don't mind a shared bathroom. That said, the bathrooms, male and female, were spacious and super clean with individual, lockable cubicles for privacy. Bedrooms are also spacious with extremely comfortable beds. Breakfast is provided and choice of continental or hot breakfast cooked to your order. "Wow what a find and the best location. The cabins are modern and so large. You feel like you’re living in the gumtrees. It’s so quiet and you can wander the property and it’s also located next door to the famous schnapps distillery if you wanted a long lunch or even a wine on the lawn. A short drive to everything in jindy and 20 mins from thredbo. Would stay again for sure. "
