Hot tub was set up ready for arrival. Fishing wasn’t too bad, no big fish but plenty of small stuff to keep busy if you can find a non weedy spot."

"Super cute, like being in your own romantic little bubble in the countryside. We came to watch a friend do a parachute jump at the airfield for charity. It was the perfect place to stay for a night or two. Loved the BBQ, the view through the windows and the way the space was designed. So compact and yet everything was so considered and well designed. "So we booked this, gorgeous little place for a valentine's night stay. I had a question and the owners replied quickly and professionally. It was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. Exactly as described and run by genuinely welcoming, polite, hospitable people. The cottage was beautiful, well finished and a pleasure to stay. Will be booking again wothout a doubt. "We booked here for a weekend to attend a friend's wedding and had a wonderful stay. Finch Cottage is great - there is so much thoughtful attention to detail throughout the property. It has a well-stocked kitchen and Jilly had left delicious homemade marmalade and muesli which we were very grateful for, not to mention the bottles of wine and a local ale! The cottage itself is beautifully decorated and everything is really well considered. It has a lovely fireplace with more than ample wood...

"I stayed in this hotel room and it was ridiculously hot to the point of being unbearable. The air conditioning either didn’t work or was completely ineffective, and the room felt like a sauna all night. I wasn’t able to sleep at all, which completely ruined my stay. For the price I paid, this is unacceptable. I would not recommend staying here until they fix their temperature control issues."
