⭐️Noise monitoring: This device tracks sound levels to ensure a peaceful environment but does not record audio for privacy.
-Smoking detection: The device monitors air quality for smoking or vaping activity, as smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.

⭐️CAMERA LOCATION
-There is 1 camera positioned at the front entrance of the exterior and records image & sound 24/7.

⭐️ It is place to ensure that our guests feel secure and that the property remains safe.
Please note, there are no cameras inside the home to respect your privacy.
Your comfort and safety are our top priority.

🚨 Please note: Quiet outdoor hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. We highly recommend enjoying all outdoor amenities during designated hours.

No outdoor music is allowed after 10:00 PM. Noise complaints may result in a non-refundable cancellation of your booking and a fine up to $1000

We kindly ask that you respect the house rules and our neighbours to ensure a peaceful stay for everyone.

You also agree to hold the property management company, co-hosts, and owners of the home free from any liability, including financial responsibility for injuries incurred, regardless of the reasons or circumstances.

➦You acknowledge the risk involved with activities using bikes and/or lawn games, including, but not limited to, sprains, slips and falls, or other physical injuries. You certify that your participation is voluntary and you have been made aware of the risks. Additionally, you do not have any conditions that may increase your likelihood of injury.


➦Health, safety and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning and disinfection after each check-out.

➦There is a strict NO Smoking and No Party policy at our Airbnb. Violations of these policies will result in a $1000 fine respectively. There is a noise monitoring device installed in the unit that tracks volume decibels. Please note that the device does not record audio to ensure privacy for all our guests


‼️IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 01 WEEK STAY OR LONGER‼️

➦Toilet paper, garbage bags and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay

➦WINTER: We have hired people to shovel the private driveway during winter and the main road is plowed by the city. However, we are not responsible for the any issues with ice and snow on the driveway or on the road itself. Winter weather can be unpredictable, please be prepared to shovel if needed. The levels of snow vary greatly from the city.

PROPANE: We will try our best to keep the propane filled but guests will need to visit the gas station 10 minutes away if it is empty
