"Lovely building and very close to town centre, all the staff are lovely - friendly and helpful.
Our room was ok but not as clean as it should have been, only 1 set of towels on arrival, shower gel was empty. All got resolved though as soon as I requested. We hung up our towels to re-use but they were changed each day.
Free bottled water provided each day and good tea and coffee set up. Bed was comfortable.
Breakfast was amazing - plenty of choices and really well done. Menu only, no buffet for...

"We had a lovely stay, the place was nice, it was close to some lovely walks on the beach and in nature parks. We liked our hot tub but it was just a tad too hot and it wouldn’t cool down with the controls, we even left the top open and it stayed at 40 degrees, we couldn’t stay in for very long. The shower was either boiling or freezing but we still enjoyed and can’t wait to go back some day :)"

"What a lovely stay,we had our wedding reception here 33 years ago and returned to celebrate our anniversary.
Can not fault the staff,room or food.

"I will start with a positive! Staff friendly and accommodating. That is the only positive I have to say about this hotel. Rooms leave a lot to be desired, very run down and would benefit from a good clean. We moved rooms 3 times before we made the decision to stay - wish I had stuck with my gut and left straight away. Restaurant and bar area needs a good clean just as much as rooms. I can safely say I won’t be back and certainly would not recommend this place. "
