"AMAZING Thank You. Everything you need inside the caravan and outside. Has a lovely balcony to sit outside. Very close to all the funfair, beach, shops and the amusements. Has a little market up the road on a Saturday. Great communication with the owner. Very safe has card for barriers to get in and out the caravan park. Would definately recommend and would definately stay again. Once again Thank you"

"We booked this property as the picture on website looked nice. It said we would share bathroom only with people in our party, this was booked as non-refundable. We only book properties with en-suite usually but as said it would only be shared with our party. Once booking came through I checked the postcode and found that the property was down a private road which you could not view on google maps. "This house was absolutely incredible — huge grounds, spacious layout, and plenty of rooms, making it perfect for a large group. The dining room was beautifully set out, and the home was very well-equipped with everything you could possibly need for a great stay. Communication was excellent throughout, and the welcome tour was both friendly and informative. We had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this property!"

"We stayed for four nights this November and didn’t want to leave! We were celebrating a 30th birthday and made the most of everything- the marvellous garden, the top of the range hot tub, the BBQ and of course the surrounding salt marsh area, taking out the kayak and bird watching. The resident tawny owl made sitting out watching the stars a must too. Our host Patrick was very friendly and communicative making booking and organisation easy. "We had such a lovely time in the Carpenter's Cottage during our late October stay. It seemed to be made for us five. It was warm, cosy, inviting, and it had everything tou need - it felt like you could move straight in. "Quality of furniture in the apartment is really poor with one dining seat being dangerous and mattress on all beds poor. Showers are best left to run for at least 15 minutes till they heat up and was disappointed there was only the kitchen area to sit in which had no tv but one in main bedroom. Stairs are a killer and was not advised about available parking to the rear which I only found on our last night. Can’t fault how clean it all was and it was £100’s cheaper than everything else nearby....
