"The hotel welcomed us like coming back to my home. Staff was staying at each corner, so it was very easy to ask any requests to the staff whenever I want. The ambience is like 1930’s, which takes me back to the good old time, and it matches to the Laos’s calm & slow atmosphere. The most grateful thing I’ve had was that the hotel staff arranged the one day tour from the hotel to Vang Vieng even though I’d asked them few days before. For me who didn’t know much about Laos, this one day tour...

"Amazing. Very well situated in the heart of the city. The staff is very professional, useful and kind. The 2 restaurants are wonderful. The Chinese one offers incredibly delicious dim sum. The other Lao and international food, all very tasty. We could organize some tuktuk tours with the concierge help and it was very well organized. Thank again for those memories."

"Hotel con mucho encanto situado en la zona comercial de la ciudad. Es pequeño y encantador, buen servicio de restaurante. La habitación es amplia, la cama muy cómoda, todo es de madera, muy trabajada en el pais. Bañoa amplio y muy limpio. El personal es atento y muy servicial, como gesto de cortesía te trasladan sin coste al aeropuerto el dia que te vas. Fue una estancia muy placentera."

"Very satisfied, bed and pillows were excellent, clean and modern hotel, helpful and smiling staff. Aircon was good but switched off a few times, not sure why. Location very good. Pool is fine, but there were no real sunbeds though you can sit in the pool. Recommended if you want modern comfort"

"Great hotel, comfortable and friendly staff. Breakfast was included and you choose the day before. Location was central in Vientiane. To the left was the Hard Rock Cafe to the right a restaurant bar called Kip Chai Deu, that was great and had live music, jazz style. Prices were good. The only issues are, we had 2 rooms and 1 didn’t have a security box. Not for people with poor mobility as there are no lifts and a flight of stairs to get to reception."
