"I attended a summer conference at Crystal and didn't need/want to spend time at the resort other than for the educational sessions. This cabin (one of seven identical ones in a row) was less than a five minute drive down the road from the resort's day-use parking lot and was much less expensive than getting a room at the resort. "Had an outstanding time. The cabin was excellent. The heating/cooling unit worked great for keeping the whole place comfortable. Everything was clean, and well maintained. Lots of open area to park, and a beautiful natural pavilion at the entrance. Suggest you bring lawn chairs, a blackstone griddle, and corn hole and enjoy the scene. 20 minutes or less from the boat launch in Manistee. We’ll be back. Everything was as expected or better.
