Host was absolutely wonderful to deal with from the moment we booked this home. Communication was fantastic, thorough answers to my questions and done so very promptly. Home was tidy, uncluttered and beautifully decorated. Located in quiet, clean neighbourhood. Willl most definitely be staying here again !!

Excellent property

The property manager was extremely responsive and helpful. He went out of his way to accommodate an early check in and made sure the property was in immaculate shape. My 6 year old had an absolute blast playing the games provided in the two game rooms. We highly recommend this property for a family looking for comfortable, fun accommodations.

One of the Best Experiences

If I could give more than 5 Stars I would. Rented for my son graduating from HS. I’m stationed in GA and the communication was amazing something I’m really big on. Ricky made sure that I was happy and made himself available if I had any questions or concerns. Now the house was just as amazing as the owners. I have not one negative thing to say, every person was pleased with their rooms and loved the game room, the backyard scenery, and how amazing the neighbors were with their kindness and welcoming spirits. If you’re in Franklin this is the place to rent.

I cannot say enough about this property. The location was absolutely ideal. We visited the area for a volleyball tournament and had ample space for our group of six to gather. Amazing kitchen! Home was spotless! Incredible view! We absolutely loved the Village area leading to the property. We tried a new coffee shop each day. Perfect access to the highways and interstates for traveling to Nashville. The host was INCREDIBLE with communication and accommodating. So very kind! Looking forward to our next opportunity to visit the area and this property!

Absolutely phenomenal!

We rented for a family event and this house was absolutely perfect! Great floor plan. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The yard is amazing. Prior to and during the stay we had some questions and feedback and the hosts responded quickly and provided all the info we needed. The neighborhood is gorgeous (pool, sports courts, playground, trails) with restaurants (coffee, dinner, etc) and shops (ACE, liquor store, nails/pedicures/hair and more!)conveniently within walking distance (about a mile-ish) and the location is prime…easy access to 65, 31 and 840. We won’t book anywhere else. This is our spot!

Pleasant stay for a family weekend event

Ricky was a thoughtful, helpful contact. The house was as advertised. It is in the heart of a growing area with close proximity to Franklin and Spring Hill. If anything is needed, it can be found within a few minutes. Will return in the near future if at all possible.

Perfect getaway!

The house was perfect for 6 adults. Every couple had their own bedroom and full bath. The neighborhood was great and the location was perfect for our needs. We had everything we needed for a 5 night stay. Beds were comfy and the home was very spacious.

Spacious, Clean, Safe, Close to Everything

This property was very clean and spacious, with plenty of room for everyone. It is set up perfectly for all ages. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had plenty of supplies for cooking. The neighborhood felt very safe and was close to everything. The owner, Ricky, was very nice and quickly responsive. We will definitely be staying here for our return visits!

Best place ever

The home was everything it is advertised to be. Spacious enough that 3 adults can live comfortably without disturbing each other. Not to mention the stellar communication, quick responses and the willingness to let us extend our stay. You are greatly appreciated. I will definitely be booking again.

Great stay in a great home

This home is exactly as advertised. Super clean, spacious, and tons of activities to keep my kids occupied from video games to air-hockey. The beds were comfortable, and even the bath towels were super soft like a high end hotel. Friendly and helpful owner. We had no issues and enjoyed our stay. Our next trip to the area, we've found our spot. Only two things to note, which didn't effect our stay at all, a toaster would have been nice and a sponge for the dishes. Other than that, perfect stay!

Lovely home

Comfortable clean home in a lovely neighborhood. Amazing views from the back of the house. We were there (unexpectedly) over Christmas and out host even put up a Christmas tree for us!!! We would definitely recommend this property.

Family Thanksgiving Gathering

This was a very nice property. Our family united from Indiana, Illinois, New York and Tennessee for Thanksgiving dinner. The kitchen/family room area was spacious and made it easy for all 9 adults to hang out and converse while the 4 kids kept entertained in the game room just down the hall. Ricky was friendly, quick to respond and accommodating.
