"I loved the beauty of the place and how clean it was. I thought the lake house was stand alone. It wasn't, so I heard a lot of doors slamming at odd hours. Other than that it was a good stay."

"House keeping was sub-par. We had dirty coffee cups for 3 days. They didn't wipe the counters off once, or clean the floor.
Bathrooms are very small and dated.
Every piece of wood that is outside needs to be replaced. It is all heavily weathered at best if not rotten.
The boardwalk was closed by the City, likely due to rotten wood, but that is my guess.
Overpriced for what it is."

"Rooms were very clean once we were able to get to it. There was a movie being filmed at the hotel that we were not made aware of. There was no way to get to the front door, there was no valet or help with luggage. We were directed to the wrong place for our room.
Tower rooms were beautiful."
