"Excellent and charming renovated period buildinh with very responsive communication before and during stay. 15min walk from train station and business terminus and 10min into town center. Beautiful and serene garden and patio. Quality of the rooms and amenities are high/new. ‘Kozy’ rooms are best for short stays as they are truly cozy, especially sinks in the bathroom. For long stays, chose a regular/double."

"The property had everything we needed, including a deck and BBQ. The resort had a shop, pool, bar and restaurant but we tended to walk and tour all day and eat at the house which had a fully equipped kitchen."

"Very nice property with a pretty little sitting area to watch the sunset over the lake. Very clean, neat and well equipped kitchen. Check in and communication with Matt was very easy. Nice parking spot just outside the pretty garden. Would recommend highly. It’s a great location for exploring the northern lakes district and easy to get to Keswick. Very quiet and peaceful location. A nice touch was a bouquet of fresh roses upon our arrival."

"Cute little cottage in a good location with everything you would need. Stairs are typical of the age of the cottage, after a day out in the hills they became a challenge in themselves! "We absolutely loved staying at Roger’s home in Keswick! The three of us had plenty of room, all of the amenities we needed, and a beautiful garden courtyard to spend time together. It is a nice walk on a footpath to town, and a short distance to the Castlerigg Stone Circle. Roger was very helpful and gave us great recommendations for our stay in this gorgeous area. We hope to get back there again!"

"Lovely country house in a beautiful location, perfect for all three generations of our family. "The property was lovely with well furnished. Sadly the hot water in the shower wasn’t working despite reporting it after the first day. Cold showers aren’t very nice. When paying top price for accommodation the hot water should a given, essential part of the service. Plus the cleaners were knocking on the door before the allotted 10am check out!!"
