"We loved our stay at the Carriage House. Patrick and Kathryn were wonderful hosts. They provided information in a timely manner, and were quick to respond to any questions. Our accommodations were clean, comfortable and well appointed, and Patrick and Kathryn included truly thoughtful touches. The location was perfect for exploring Croton-on-Hudson and the Hudson Valley. We'd love to come back!"

"The property was almost exactly as described. The cabin has character and makes you feel at home with the decorations. We had our young grandkids (2 and 4) staying with us. There was plenty of room for them to play, and they loved the bunk beds! When they say the drive is rough, believe it. If you have a car with little ground clearance (Chevy Malibu), you really have to weave around to keep from scraping. Our kids had a mini van and an SUV and they had no problems. The hosts were very attentive...

"We loved everything about this cozy cottage! It felt like home when we walked in. Place was very clean, quiet and beautiful. We stayed 3 nights, but wish we could've stayed longer. Nadia was very responsive to any questions we had prior to and during our arrival. We appreciate the extra touches and snacks...it was very warm and welcoming. "Awesome place, completely renovated, perfect location to town, super clean! I'd recommend and stay here again! Multiple levels with stairs. If you have trouble with stairs I'd look elsewhere also no full kitchen and small refrigerator. That being said this is a 5 star place without question. Same goes for the host, accommodating, super responsive! "

"The proximity to Westpoint was great. Trashy neighborhood. Very loud construction early in the morning. The cooking supplies were limited and one of the handles on the pans fell off while we were there. It was okay, but probably wouldn't return."
