Geoff was a lovely host on site if you need anything. The apartment has everything in it that you need, all kitchen facilities, towels, etc, comfortable beds. A lovely peaceful, quaint place. Great views of the golf course. Will definitely recommend

Luxury Apartment

Very comfortable, well equipped superb views of the 18th fairway. Host was friendly. He met us on arrival and on our penultimate departure. Would definitely visit again.

Norfolk stay

Good location for visiting the attractions of Norfolk. Visit Norwich, Cathedral and castle, Oxburgh estate, Sandringham, the coast. Accommodation well maintained and everything to make your stay enjoyable. Lovely peaceful view over the golf course, great to sit outside and relax. Owner a very pleasant gentleman.

Fantastic Stay

Had a wonderful break away in Geoff's gorgeous apartment. Location was perfect. Apartment was very well maintained and Geoff was very helpful and always on hand to deal with any queries. Wonderful stay.

A lovely apartment overlooking a golf course, everything you need for a great stay. If I’m being picky the lounge seating is getting a bit past it, but that wouldn’t put us off returning. Beds very comfortable . Bonus of Sky tv with sport & movie channels.

Family Stay in the Fields

Rented for a week with my mom (73) and daughter (3) while in south Norfolk visiting family in Hingham, Ashill and East Harling. It was PERFECT for our needs. We used it as our home base between day excursions and it was spacious, comfortable, clean and well enough appointed Beautifully manicured back garden /patio literally on the fairway (with pheasants, pigeons and deer galore in the mornings). Walkable to Watton High Street ...and a farm with a horse down the road perfect for animal encounter for the kiddos :) will be back!

Our stay could not have been better. The combination of location, garden view and friendly neighbours together with forest animals in the garden, yes really a Roe deer and her babies was something totally unexpected. Having an electric car meant that onsite charging took away any concerns and allowed a full charge every morning. Watton as a village is pleasant and only a short walk away. Nice to be in such a rural location but within easy reach of the whole of Norfolk and its numerous attractions. Definitely worth a visit and the hosts are both lovely and accommodating.

Excellent break

This is an excellent base for visiting middle Norfolk.The apartment is very comfortable,the owner was very helpful, extremely pleasant and checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed, nothing was too much trouble.The location on the edge of a golf course had beautiful views, with fascinating wildlife including squirrels, deer, rabbits, and a variety of birds including pheasants, owls and even a Jay. The only reason we gave 4 star for the online listing was that some seating and kitchen equipment is getting a bit tired and we felt that the word "Luxury" was a little misleading, however this is an observation, not a complaint, we would happily go back.

Ideal holiday apartment

Lovely warm feel to the apartment as soon as walked in the door. Geoff the owner is very helpful and sincere amd in hand to help. Very well thought out and attention to detail. Comfy beds. Excellent facilities and well equipped. Hand rail in the walk in shower is excellent. Beautiful garden and patio looking out onto to the golf course. Road to the apartment may be difficult for less able bodied or wheelchair users. Can highly recommend the apartment and would be lovely to return to.

Very spacious & well-equipped apartment alongside the 18th fairway allows a great view & time to relax. Excellent communication from host Geoff made it easy to get access information & any follow up - we extended our stay from 3 to 5 days. We ended up with a plug-in hybrid car rental so were able to use the charge point which was a geat benefit & easy to use. Sky TV was a bonus great wifi. Full kitchen & washing machine, comfy bed, outdoor space. Quiet location. Enjoyed a lovely Sunday roast at the Willow House in town.
