The Space:

in the southeast of Thessaloniki, a residential neighbourhood of apartment blocks and leafy streets running down towards the sea. It suits guests who want the city’s energy within reach and a calmer base to return to, with the seafront promenade under 1 km away and supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies and cafés a short walk from the door.



For swimming, head south along the Thermaic Gulf. Neoi Epivates, about 15 km away, has a long sandy shore with calm, shallow water. Perea, about 17 km away, pairs a sandy beach with a lively seafront of cafés and tavernas, and Agia Triada, about 20 km away, offers a wide sandy beach that suits families. Potamos beach at Epanomi, about 30 km away, is a long sandy stretch known for its old shipwreck and its kitesurfing.

Analipsi metro station is about 400 m from the apartment, putting the historic centre and the New Railway Station a few stops away in one direction and Kalamaria in the other. The port of Thessaloniki, about 4 km away, has summer high speed sailings to Skiathos, Skopelos and Alonissos. City buses run along the main avenues of Faliro, with stops a few minutes’ walk from the door. A car lets you make the most of the region, from the sandy beaches of the Thermaic Gulf to Halkidiki and the slopes of Mount Olympus.
