The Space:

The property opens into one bright, open plan room where sleeping, cooking and dining flow naturally together. Slim lines of LED light set into the ceiling give the room a soft evening glow, while the window and balcony door let daylight pour in through the day. Warm wood tones and bright white surfaces keep the look clean and calm. The kitchenette is fully equipped, with a Nespresso machine and everything else you might need during your stay, and the round dining table by the balcony door is the natural spot for breakfast or a glass of wine. The double bed is dressed in crisp white hotel style linens, with bedside lamps on either side and air conditioning to keep the room just as you like it. The bathroom is finished in marble effect tiles, with a glass walk in shower and toiletries waiting for your arrival. The Neighborhood:

in the southeast of Thessaloniki, a residential neighbourhood of apartment blocks and leafy streets running down towards the sea. It suits guests who want the city’s energy within reach and a calmer base to return to, with the seafront promenade under 1 km away and supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies and cafés a short walk from the door.



For swimming, head south along the Thermaic Gulf. Neoi Epivates, about 15 km away, has a long sandy shore with calm, shallow water. Perea, about 17 km away, pairs a sandy beach with a lively seafront of cafés and tavernas, and Agia Triada, about 20 km away, offers a wide sandy beach that suits families. Potamos beach at Epanomi, about 30 km away, is a long sandy stretch known for its old shipwreck and its kitesurfing.



Nature is closer than you might expect. Seich Sou forest, about 5 km away, rises above the city with pine covered trails for walking and cycling, and the village of Chortiatis, about 12 km away, brings mountain air and wide views over the gulf.

Getting Around:

Thessaloniki Makedonia Airport is about 12 km away, roughly a 20 minute drive, and the metro runs south to Mikra station, where a shuttle bus continues to the terminal. Analipsi metro station is about 400 m from the apartment, putting the historic centre and the New Railway Station a few stops away in one direction and Kalamaria in the other. The port of Thessaloniki, about 4 km away, has summer high speed sailings to Skiathos, Skopelos and Alonissos. City buses run along the main avenues of Faliro, with stops a few minutes’ walk from the door. A car lets you make the most of the region, from the sandy beaches of the Thermaic Gulf to Halkidiki and the slopes of Mount Olympus.
