The surrounding area is quite run down however the hotel and exterior are beautiful. A little sketchy to walk at night but otherwise close enough to attractions.

The villa is beautiful and perfectly planned. The surroundings and views are spectacular. In mid october the pool was very cool (cooler than the Euboian gulf). Heating would have been very nice. The property and views are beautiful - the room, however, was OK. No shower curtain, no hot water. They have a small fridge in front of the sink, so it's difficult to wash dishes.
