The house was very clean and a great location. The golf cart included did not run well and felt unsafe to go far in. The mgmt company could not get fixed until day we were leaving and did not offer a replacement. We were told there was a golf cart rental company down the road or owner had insurance plan that included getting us ride home if we broke down. Either of those options did not work because we paid extra for a home with cart and traveling with me was 87 yr old mother that I did not want to risk being broke down on busy cart path with. So the house was nice and in good location for "The Villages" experience but golf cart situation was not good.
