Will Stay AGAIN!!!

Imagine an ideal, budget friendly stay in a VRBO; it would have everything you need, including proximity to everything you want to do, amazing communication from the host, clean environment, ample supplies, a work space if you have to work remotely, good furniture, tasteful decor, and a soft comfortable beds. This property exceeded all those expectations. There is NOTHING we needed or wanted. The home was very clean. Jeff was very responsive and had the BEST communication of all VRBO's we have stayed. My husband and I said upon leaving that we would not even consider other VRBO's and just book this home. The home backs up to Sumter Landing, Aldi's is just over the fence, golf is nearby, pickleball courts and swimming is roughly 1/3 mile away. I am a SUPER PICKY person and there is not a single negative comment I could write regarding this stay. This home is ideal for a single couple but would easily accommodate two couples as there are two wonderful bedrooms and two bathrooms, a large dining area and ample seating. If someone had the need to work remotely, there is a wonderful office with ample lighting and a murphy bed if you wanted to add another couple. We were unfamiliar with The Villages and did not know the difference from the town squares. This home backs up to Sumter Landing, but do not be concerned, there is no street noise or noise from the square. You would be hard pressed to find a more ideal location, a better host, or a better property to rent.

wonderful family visit

My grandchildren and son & daughter in law visited for a week. The villa had excellent sleeping arrangements, we could all visit. the convenience to my home was perfect The kitchen was nicely laid out. The children enjoyed the family pool everyday. There were grocery close by, and restaurants. I would recommend this villa .

Very nice place

Was fleeing from hurricane melton with some children whose parents are 1st responders and had to work the storm. Jeff the care taker allowed us to come a little early so we would not have to wait for check in time , I really appreciated his flexibility, says a lot about how they manage the property and the people your renting from. It was a very nice place stay would stay with them again

Nice location at the villages

The house was comfortable and clean. The pool was not far and the downtown was close by. We cooked a meal one evening for six and the kitchen was set up with everything we needed. The owner was just a phone call away. Thank you for everything! We enjoyed our stay.
