  • El apartamento tiene 2 dormitorios grandes, cada una con baño privado, un amplio salón y una cocina grande y cómoda. En la cocina puede encontrar todo lo necesario para disfrutar de una excelente cena solo o con sus amigos y familiares. Allí `la estufa para cocinar también. El balcón tiene 200 pies de ancho y ofrece una vista impresionante sobre el océano y la isla de St Maarten que hará que sus comidas y su momento de relax sean inolvidables.

    La terraza, de 400 pies de ancho, es el lugar perfecto para tomar el sol, relajarse o mirar las estrellas en las largas noches del Caribe. También funciona con agua corriente y electricidad, con una vista panorámica de toda la isla. Para mejorar su comodidad, la terraza está equipada con 3 sillas y 2 mesas pequeñas y 2 sillas de playa para disfrutar del día soleado. Lo mismo en el balcón: cómoda mesa con 4 sillas y una silla de playa acogedor. TV por cable y WiFi están incluidos.
    El apartamento es perfecto también para dos amigos gracias a la privacidad garantizada por las dos habitaciones independientes, cada una con su propio baño privado.
    Servicio de limpieza diario está disponible bajo petición.
    No tiene que preocuparse por el aire fresco en las habitaciones, ya que cada techo tiene un ventilador enorme. Además, el apartamento, al estar en el último piso, siempre está bendecido por una brisa caribeña costosa.
    Hemos preparado para usted 1 sombrilla, 2 sillas y 1 refrigerador / refrigerador portátil para que su estadía en la playa sea más cómoda.

i like to be a bit away from most things & i got exactly that. Recommend if you stay here to get a rental & it completes the perfection of the perfect stay. I would book it again

Great base location for our week of beach-hopping! We usually go all-inclusive for our holidays and this was an wonderful option for us - and it was a successful trip of beach hopping. Hosts were very responsive any time we had a quick question - well appointed apartment and very quiet location. Absolutely recommend!

Very clean and well furnished. Awesome views from our balcony of the Caribbean and St. Martian. The pool was clean with perfect temperature. Loved our stay!

Very Nice with ocean views

Nice clean 2bd condo, plenty of space to spread out, beautiful views of the ocean. Convenient to all East End beaches.

First time renting at Sandy Hill Club

This was our fifth trip to Anguilla and the third place we’ve rented. It was well suited to our purposes and we will plan to stay here again. Good location and easy to get to anyplace on the island, though it’s closer to the more authentic east end that we prefer.

Excellent Location

Our stay was perfect. Able to walk to a small beach nearby that was beautiful. We were close enough to the water to hear the surf at night. We had rented a car, and drove to many different beaches depending on the conditions. We hope to visit again soon.

The manager was very friendly and helpful. The views are great, and the condo has a lot of nice outdoor spaces.Our only complaint was the bad was hard and uncomfortable.

Peaceful stay

Stayed a week in January. Apartment was perfect. My host Alcide was super helpful and communicated with me several time to make sure inwas comfortable. Love the soundnof the ocean at bedtime, best sleep ever. The rooftop was perfect for breakfast in the mornings and watching the sunrise

Sandy Hill Holiday

My Wife and I have stayed here before. Very comfortable and easy to get to. Angie, the property manager was very nice and helpful. A very minor miscommunication on my part regarding air conditioning, but it was no inconvenience at all. A pleasant stay, and we would stay again!

Everything you’d hope for here; lovely views with ocean breezes to match, fully equipped kitchen for those evening meals on the deck or morning coffee to watch the sunrise from the rooftop, saltwater pool and nearby beach area for a quick dip.It was our 4th time staying at this same unit. Communication via email has been excellent and when the property manager is in (afternoons) she has always been helpful and gracious. Such good people here.

A room with a view!!

The apartment is homey and spacious! Absolutely everything you need! The view is awesome! Beautiful pool!! Excellent communication with Alcide and Miss Angie! Easy checking in!Google maps not good for getting there. There are a number of stairs up. Road in is a little rough!’ But easy to get around to all the fantastic beaches!

Our family had a great time staying here. Yes, the beds are stiff, and the place has little quirks. But the views are spectacular, the pool is clean, quiet and family-friendly, and the host is responsive. The A/C cools the bedrooms nicely, and the trade winds blow through when you’re not using the A/C, so it stays comfortable. The views from the rooftop deck are phenomenal. We had coffee up there every morning and sunset cocktails at night. The condo is located on the East end of the island, which is quiet and has more of a local feel. The largest and mostLuxurious resorts are on the other end of the island, about a 20-minute drive. But we like the laid-back vibe here. It’s 10-15 minutes drive to some of the most beautiful beaches on the island. And when you get home, it’s quiet and relaxing. You really cannot beat the value-for-money, particularly if you want a pool, a full kitchen AND views. Don’t come for perfection- come for the quiet location, the views and the pool-and soak in the island life!Thanks, Angie and Alcide, We’re already booked for next year!

Overall, the property is a wonderful value. The pool is very large, clean, and well-maintained. You have a nice ocean view from your patio, and it's protected from the east wind, which can be very strong at times. The balcony itself is not protected from the wind, but it has gorgeous views of the ocean. The beds are very stiff. Some of the furniture is a little aged, but everything is in working order. Very adequate water pressure and plenty of hot water. We've stayed on Sandy Hill before and really like the centralized location. All beaches are accessible with only a short drive. There's a grocery store within a short 5-minute drive. Sandy Hill Bay has a very nice, quiet beach. You will need reef shoes to access. But it's one of the best snorkeling beaches on the island. We would not hesitate to book this property again. You will need a rental car if you book this property.

Appartamento molto ampio e completo di tutti i confort. Ventilazione naturale che ha reso superflua l'installazione dell'aria condizionata. Zanzare inesistenti. Due ampie terrazze a disposizione. Supermarket e distributore di benzina poco lontani dal residence dove si trova l'appartamento.

Nice place but not a beach

I was looking for somewhere on a beach and the photos seemed to indicate that it was on a beach, but you had to walk 200m over very rough rock to get to a very small sandy spot. It wasn't want I wanted. Also you ABSOLUTELY need to rent a car to stay here because there is nowhere to walk to for restaurants or groceries. That said, it was very quiet and not very touristy, which is nice. The place was clean and well appointed, but the beds were VERY hard and the pillows have seen better days. It had a really nice functional balcony which we used alot and a top roof-deck, which was nice, but very hot up there. Some more comfortable chairs up there would be nice. The property manager and maintenance person was very responsive to inquiries.

Would stay again, but a few recommendations

This property was nice. Good location, easy to get to and from all areas. Had everything we needed. Plenty of room for 4 people. Nice views. Owners and property manager easy to communicate with. No issues. Here are a few recommendations that would have made this a 5 star: update the mattresses. They were so hard. The younger 2 were fine, but the mid-age women were hurting after sleeping in the beds. Be upfront (mention it at booking) about request to keep ac off when not at the condo. We were there in August, so leaving the ac off during the day, returning back in evening the condo was HOT! There is a breeze, but still hot. Us Texas girls don't like a hot house. Take the dryer off the amenities list. It's not a dryer. It's a clothesline dryer. The people are super nice. The condo was nicely equipped. Again, would have received 5 stars if not for the few things mentioned. Had a lovely time, but the bed made it difficult to relax and get a good night sleep.

Peaceful and relaxing stay

This was our 5th trip to Anguilla but our 1st time back for almost 5 years, the island did not disappoint! We had a lovely stay at the condo in Sandy Hill...the balcony and the rooftop deck were fantastic. The complex is very secluded and quiet but still within a reasonable/short drive to many of the best beaches and restaurants on the island. Would definitely return to Sandy Hill!

Clean, quiet property with great view from rooftop patio and side porches. Plenty of space for the two of us. Excellent ocean breeze – never needed AC. Had all the furnishings, towels, linens, dishes, etc we needed. Good wireless internet connection – no problem working remotely. Within easy walking distance of small, usually deserted, beach. Near groceries, gas, liquor, etc. Helpful onsite property management and maintenance. Nice pool. Many roads on Anguilla are rough, including the one to this property, so get a rental car with some clearance or 4WD. All the main beaches, restaurants, activities, etc are a short drive away. Grounds are well maintained. This is an upper story property with lots of stairs – no problem as long as you are in good health. Good communications with friendly owner. Everything went smoothly. Would definitely stay again.

Great Stay

Had a wonderful stay at the property. The unit is a spacious 2 bedroom apartment with a ton of outdoor space - a large balcony for dining/lounging as well as a large roof area that was perfect for exercise. I quarantined at the property for the required period and then stayed thereafter. I was working from "home" and the wifi and other day-to-day amenities were just as strong as if I was in the office in a large North American city. During the quarantine period, communication with the host was seamless and she arranged for an initial grocery delivery and some other logistics. After the quarantine period, she assisted with a car rental and the condos are a great place for exploring the island. There is a beach just a 5 minute walk away, any many of the most beautiful beaches in the world a short drive away. Laundry facilities, a full kitchen, utensils, sheets, tons of towels, etc. made the stay seamless in all respects. Will definitely be back in the near future!
