Rules are to be quiet at all times, yet we were kept awake by drunk loud people throwing and breaking glass out side my daughters window.

"The only issues were that the carpets had stains which are unappealing and has been mentioned by other past renters, the furniture is uncomfortable for anyone over the age of 30 because they are legless and sit on the floor, and only having one set of keys made it very difficult to have separate daily agendas. "Fantastic location. Easy few minute walk to Manly Beach. 25 mins to Manly Wharf. The rooms were good size, clean fresh and nicely decorated. The property was well equipped. The hosts were very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend and would 100% come to the same property if we came to Sydney again"
