"A beautiful easy place to stay with plenty of room. We had a ‘2 bedroom’ which was a 1 bedroom and a hotel room with a main thoroughfare which was super spacious, the beds were super comfy. Breakfast is fantastic consistently topped up with cooked fresh items as it got low. We also got room service which was delicious. The location is a bit of a longer walk compared to others on Northbourne if you wanted to access the shopping centre but doable. Would stay here again and again. "

"We were very comfortable at the Mantra MacArthur. The room was clean and spacious for the one night stay. We also enjoyed the breakfast. Good selection and high quality. Thoroughly enjoyed."

"Our room was old but spacious and bed comfortable. It was a long walk from reception! Very disappointed with our meal at the restaurant which we had pre-booked but they had forgotten about! Also given conflicting and incorrect information about a couple of queries we had."

"Stayed here today and had a really lovely experience. The staff were friendly and the customer service was great. Free parking was a big plus, and everything you’d need was provided — even cutlery, which was a nice surprise. The hot shower was perfect, and there were extras like a TV, iron, and ironing board (didn’t use them, but good to have). Overall, a really comfortable stay — I’d definitely come back if I’m in Canberra again!"

"The shower was the worst - The water temperature had no consistency, it was just going between hot and cold non-stop. One of the bed covers had what looked like a cigarette burn in it And I would suggest bringing your own pillows. Other than that, the place was fine, room was very dark which we appreciated, it was clean enough too."

"Buena opción en Canberra. Habitaciones amplias, cómodas y silenciosas. Cada día que no pides renovar las toallas te dan 10$ australianos para canjear en el restaurante anexo al propio hotel. Creo que deberían reembolsarlo como opción si no quieres consumir en ese restaurante. Saludos. "

"Good and cheap option "

"Comfy beds but cheap bedding/pillows/sheets etc. Balcony waa disgusting and dirty however everything else was very clean. Annoying that there was not enough plates/mugs/bowls etc for four people when it’s a four person apartment. Only one access key provided. Check in was a nightmare - zero communication and their method of check in was very confusing and it was hard to get in touch with the staff. Overall a lovely place."

"Love staying here, close to everything, staff are great and nicely designed apartments. You have to be careful choosing a room though. The back of the building looks at a carpark so if you can avoid that brutalist view I'd do so."

"Clean room, always impeccable great facilities in the room. Like a 5 star hotel room but with the conveniences of an apartment such as a washer dryer and kitchen. "

"Very spacious and clean apartment. Very friendly staff. I thought I asked for parking but I didn't and the parking was a bit of a problem around the hotel. But the hotel apartment itself was wonderful and met our expectations. "
