"Excellent bach, basic but very well cared for. We arrived late on a cold wet night and found the house warm and welcoming, with the heat pump on for us and the fire laid, ready to light. Thank-you!Very handy to the main street, cafes and lakefront yet quiet. A great base. "

"Enjoyed 4 nights here. Geraldine has supplied the apartment with everything we needed and then some. The bed was super comfortable, the neighborhood very quiet, the location to the lake trail very convenient and the laundry right in the apt was so helpful. We had the pleasure of meeting Geraldine and her husband and they were very hospitable. I highly recommend this place."

"Everything about this place was lovely. Clean, tidy and very comfortable bed! Nice to have the outside furniture to sit at too as the weather was great on two days. A couple of things I felt the owner could consider was some kind of light over bathroom mirror as very dark for putting on makeup and a blind over bathroom window. Even though it’s opaque you feel exposed with light on. 😜 these are additions though and would only enhance an already lovely place. Would definitely stay here again"

"This was a great spot for our time in Te Anau. We used it as home base to explore the region (hiking, Milford Sound, etc.). Location is hard to beat - very close to the lakeshore, business district, city park, Fiordland DOC Visitor Center and multiple very good restaurants (Ditto, Redcliff, Miles Better Pies). "We really enjoyed staying so close to the lake and just a short walk from town. The house was very nice. The beds were comfortable and the wood stove in the living room made everything so cozy. The kitchen was well appointed. It was just a nice little cottage in a very pretty and convenient area."

"La propiedad esta muy bien ubicada con respecto a tiendas y restaurantes... un par de bloque entre el hotel y el lago...facil acceso a pie. Las áreas comunes muy limpias y las habitaciones tienen todo lo necesario para pasar varios dias. Supermercado bien abastecido a 2 minutos pie. Muy muy limpio todo. Encantador."
